@Abdullah Kamal there is some truth to it. It doesn't necessarily mean the person is depressed. But the best people have been through at least one moment of deep pain at some point. It doesn't have to lead to depression at all.

I think it was really great that you were willing to help that person understand. You didn't just do that, but you did it politely and kindly. You didn't get angry, you recognised that they didn't fully get it and that it wasn't their fault. You recognised we're all fallible and make mistakes every day, and that that moment was their mistake of the day. That takes a lot of strength to do, and do the right way. My whole life I’ve spent helping other people and saving their lives. I’m the one most people turn to when they feel like ending everything, and the thing most people don’t know is that the person that is the one helping is the one in the most pain and wants to end it more than anyone will ever know. The thing that keeps me going? Being able to save someone’s life and to know that maybe, just maybe, someone will save mine next. Until then all I’ve got is songs like this to speak to and have something understand how and what I’m truly feeling every moment of my life.

This reminds me so much of my twin sister. I lost her from a disease that makes her own body attack itself. We were very close to the point that we knew what the other was going to say and would finish each others sentence. I was in class the day she died. I ended up falling on the ground, clutching my chest because it hurt so much. It felt like half of me was ripped from my body. My entire class was worried about me and my two friends came over to me to see if I was alright. I took one look at their faces, and I broke. They understood what was the problem and made sure that everyone stayed away from me. Even the teacher and principal. I'm still not over her death, even though it happened back in November of 2018. I don't feel complete anymore. I think about her everyday. _I wish I could go back in time and tell her, "I love you" one more time._ _I wish I could go back in time and hug her one last time._ _I wish I could go back in time and play Pokemon with her._ _I wish I could go back in time and sing together._ _I wish I could go back in time and laugh together._ *_I love you so much, sis. found this comment on another video and thought it should be spread: I hate school - and no its not because 'i'm a teenager' and don't like waking up at 6:00 am every morning, its because the school system isn't about learning anymore, its about passing. Pretty much every teenager ever is so stressed out about school that they suffer with mental health issues, fake illnesses and even try to kill themselves - but yet nobody has thought to themselves "hey maybe our system is flawed" and instead given teenagers the reputation of 'kids that are lazy and selfish' like whats up with that? I mean, who really cares about finding the area of a stupid triangle? Teach me how to raise a family, drive a car, get a job, pay bills and LIVE A HAPPY LIFE! I'm forced to sit in a classroom for 6 hours straight and learn about things that i'm not interested in and will probably never use in my life after my exams. And what really annoys me is that teachers don't understand that some students suffer from mental health disorders like social anxiety and force them to talk in class for a high grade, or that some students suffer with depression and teachers just assume they are moody and negative all the time. Students are in tears every single night and wake up every single morning wanting to throw up at the thought of going to school, thinking that they'd rather be dead than go to school. How is that fair? The fact that i have to choose between my grades and my health is really messed up. I just want to say, follow your own god damn dreams, not what everybody else around you wants you to do. "If you don't build your dreams, someone else will hire you to help build theirs."

its the change in tone.. since every human has a base tone that they speak in.. normally people lower the volume of their voice while also a little deeper and slower when they are being sincere or letting out their emotions.. so it makes sense that singing while doing those things would make it feel more emotional... and amplifying parts of those like this version of the song has done just adds on to it.. i should note that i am not a professional in the matter nor do i have any experinence in making music.. i am merely saying what i think is logical.. :)

Is any1 here just bc u feel like u dont belong in this world or that u are living at wrong time? Just me okey😞 Guyss update after one year. Now as time passed i feel better. These last two years were realy bad and i was depressed, i felt alone as u can read at the begining. But i changed my mindset and start to trust God more, it took me a lot of time and a lot of fails over and over again. But things did get better and some things are just in our head. To me halped that i started to eat healthier, read, try not to spend that much time on phone, stopped listening ti sad musics like this one, exrecise more, text ppl more,... Again it took me a lot of time, but if u wanna feel better is only you that can change ur feelings and thinking ( this one is important, BE POSITIVE) u just need courage to change ur self. Start with small thing and dont forget that i belive in you and so does God. Stay strong💪 I hope it helped

Losing someone you love is the worst, it hurts more when they kill themselves. My best friend of 13 years killed herself this year. I was at home and she was at hers which was 40 minutes away. She called me at 4 am and was crying her eyes out. She said she couldn't hold on anymore. She begged for help and I said I would be right over. I rushed to my car and drove as fast as I could. She hung up after saying she was sorry. I called the cops and had them rush over there. I got there before they did. I found her hanging in her closet... I still remember seeing tear stains on her cheeks. Everything was a blur after I found her there dead. I screamed, cried and begged her to come back. It's been 3 months and it still kills me. I'd do anything to get her back. I miss her 😔😔😔😔
@@betupatel7421 she and I was extremely bullied. From being called names to literally being pushed around and beaten. Being gothic and wiccan in our town wasnt appreciated apparently. Me and her struggled with depression and suicide attempts because of it. I guess she had enough and finally gave in. I miss her and I wish I could have stopped her. People dont understand how badly you can mess someone up by bullying them. It kills, I still get harrassed daily and it's not fun.

For me, I don't have a dream. I'm 27. I've been dealing with depression for about 18 years now. There's never been anything that I wanted or wanted to do. So instead of thinking about whatever that dream could be, I just focus on what's in front of me, which I know is hard. It's like when you're reading or playing something. Just one more chapter, one more mission, just one more. Or I'll think about how I can help someone close to me. Even if I'm just silently supporting them. I'm used to the pain so I shoulder it for them. Or if I'm at work and it's a stressful day, I'll put myself in front of it so my co-workers can relax a little. I know it sounds easier than it is and not everyone is in my situation but that's how I push through it. If there's one thing I learned from the last almost 2 decades, it's how to be resilient.

This reminds me of when i was in deep depression because my parents were always fighting i also got blamed for things my siblings did. I lost someone dearest to me she died she understood me she was kind and caring. On top of that I alwys cry myself to sleep when things happen like this.

I actually cried a lot reading this comment, because at first I thought "yeah how con someone be thinking of suicide at 11, you're so young" and then I realized that the first time I attempted suicide was when I was 11. Now I'm almost 16 and even though I decided to not kill myself, I still think about suicide a lot, and to be honest, I'd never thought that I would be able to grow this old, I really always thought that I'd end my life sooner

The thing that keeps me going? Being able to save someone’s life and to know that maybe, just maybe, someone will save mine next. This reminds me so much of my twin sister. I lost her from a disease that makes her own body attack itself. We were very close to the point that we knew what the other was going to say and would finish each others sentence.
I was in class the day she died. I ended up falling on the ground, clutching my chest because it hurt so much. It felt like half of me was ripped from my body. My entire class was worried about me and my two friends came over to me to see if I was alright. I took one look at their faces, and I broke. They understood what was the problem and made sure that everyone stayed away from me. Even the teacher and principal.
I'm still not over her death, even though it happened back in November of 2018. I don't feel complete anymore. I think about her everyday.

I hate school - and no its not because 'i'm a teenager' and don't like
waking up at 6:00 am every morning, its because the school system isn't
about learning anymore, its about passing. Pretty much every teenager
ever is so stressed out about school that they suffer with mental health
issues, fake illnesses and even try to kill themselves - but yet nobody
has thought to themselves "hey maybe our system is flawed" and instead
given teenagers the reputation of 'kids that are lazy and selfish' like
whats up with that? I mean, who really cares about finding the area of a
stupid triangle? Teach me how to raise a family, drive a car, get a
job, pay bills and LIVE A HAPPY LIFE! I'm forced to sit in a classroom
for 6 hours straight and learn about things that i'm not interested in
and will probably never use in my life after my exams. And what really
annoys me is that teachers don't understand that some students suffer
from mental health disorders like social anxiety and force them to talk
in class for a high grade, or that some students suffer with depression
and teachers just assume they are moody and negative all the time.
Students are in tears every single night and wake up every single
morning wanting to throw up at the thought of going to school, thinking
that they'd rather be dead than go to school. How is that fair? The fact
that i have to choose between my grades and my health is really messed
up. I just want to say, follow your own god damn dreams, not what
everybody else around you wants you to do.

Is it just me or is it when something is in a deeper or in a higher tone it is so much more emotional
its the change in tone.. since every human has a base tone that they speak in.. normally people lower the volume of their voice while also a little deeper and slower when they are being sincere or letting out their emotions.. so it makes sense that singing while doing those things would make it feel more emotional... and amplifying parts of those like this version of the song has done just adds on to it.. i should note that i am not a professional in the matter nor do i have any experinence in making music.. i am merely saying what i think is logical.. :)

Guyss update after one year. Now as time passed i feel better.
These last two years were realy bad and i was depressed, i felt alone as u can read at the begining. But i changed my mindset and start to trust God more, it took me a lot of time and a lot of fails over and over again. But things did get better and some things are just in our head.
To me halped that i started to eat healthier, read, try not to spend that much time on phone, stopped listening ti sad musics like this one, exrecise more, text ppl more,...
Again it took me a lot of time, but if u wanna feel better is only you that can change ur feelings and thinking ( this one is important, BE POSITIVE) u just need courage to change ur self.
Start with small thing and dont forget that i belive in you and so does God.

Losing someone you love is the worst, it hurts more when they kill themselves. My best friend of 13 years killed herself this year. I was at home and she was at hers which was 40 minutes away. She called me at 4 am and was crying her eyes out. She said she couldn't hold on anymore. She begged for help and I said I would be right over. I rushed to my car and drove as fast as I could. She hung up after saying she was sorry. I called the cops and had them rush over there. I got there before they did. I found her hanging in her closet... I still remember seeing tear stains on her cheeks. Everything was a blur after I found her there dead. I screamed, cried and begged her to come back. It's been 3 months and it still kills me. I'd do anything to get her back. I miss her 😔😔😔😔

@@betupatel7421 she and I was extremely bullied. From being called names to literally being pushed around and beaten. Being gothic and wiccan in our town wasnt appreciated apparently. Me and her struggled with depression and suicide attempts because of it. I guess she had enough and finally gave in. I miss her and I wish I could have stopped her. People dont understand how badly you can mess someone up by bullying them. It kills, I still get harrassed daily and it's not fun.

For me, I don't have a dream. I'm 27. I've been dealing with depression for about 18 years now. There's never been anything that I wanted or wanted to do. So instead of thinking about whatever that dream could be, I just focus on what's in front of me, which I know is hard. It's like when you're reading or playing something. Just one more chapter, one more mission, just one more. Or I'll think about how I can help someone close to me. Even if I'm just silently supporting them. I'm used to the pain so I shoulder it for them. Or if I'm at work and it's a stressful day, I'll put myself in front of it so my co-workers can relax a little. I know it sounds easier than it is and not everyone is in my situation but that's how I push through it. If there's one thing I learned from the last almost 2 decades, it's how to be resilient.

This reminds me of when i was in deep depression because my parents were always fighting i also got blamed for things my siblings did. I lost someone dearest to me she died she understood me she was kind and caring. On top of that I alwys cry myself to sleep when things happen like this.

I actually cried a lot reading this comment, because at first I thought "yeah how con someone be thinking of suicide at 11, you're so young" and then I realized that the first time I attempted suicide was when I was 11. Now I'm almost 16 and even though I decided to not kill myself, I still think about suicide a lot, and to be honest, I'd never thought that I would be able to grow this old, I really always thought that I'd end my life sooner

It happened when I was at the library borrowing books for her. Then her mother called saying that she had a disease.... After a few weeks, she started to breathe heavily... The next day when I was out with another friend, I got a call from my mother saying that she was dead....... At that time I was shock, I didn't know that it was going to happen today...
