Sir I have a doubt, in hyperbole there was one example "she's as old as hill", since it contains "as" so can't it be simile too ?? so suppose this was asked and in the options both simile and hyperbole were given, what should I mark ?? Can u please elaborate how to deal with such questions where there can be a possibility of more than one figure of speech
This doesn't exactly explain any of the concepts. You are literally just reading what's written. I understand that English doesn't need A LOT of explanation, but it surely needs SOME explanation, which you clearly aren't doing. "yeh toh bohot common hai" doesn't really help bhai.
@@simransingh7749 This video is for last minute revision for SNAP. Motive was to give a quick review in 20 minutes. Multiple examples are given for each type so that one can get idea which type of figure of speech it is. Generally students are not able to find all 20 figures of speech in a single video. Explaining each one in detailed manner would have taken 2hrs+. If one is having much time, one can definitely refer other channels for proper clarity :-) It's not about concept is common or not, it's more about all the types are covered in one single video which can definitely save time.

The irony examples were so Maya Sarabhai😂❤
"the sun smiled down on her" should this be alliteration or personification?
Personification
There is a small correction i believe-
under personification the example of time flies has been given. But it is a metaphor.
@@Iameverything_ its under personification as per most of the websites related to grammar
brainly.com/question/20691945
no, it is okay. living beings can fly not time, hence personification
Is it necessary to apply for any program in snap exma
Nope. you just need to pay
@MockZoneMBAPreparation so only paying for snap is enough
@@kshamaagrawal1448 Yes
But you have to pay separately for your desired college ,per program Rs 1000. @@kshamaagrawal1448
yes ???? you have to apply to individual colleges
