- Climbing in Overwatch tends to be an annoying task. The journey is filled with throwers, smurfs, and occasionally, the worst teammates imaginable. However, through my time in the Unranked to GM Lucio series, I found the problems each rank has when climbing in ranked. This is Why You CANT CLIMB in Overwatch 2!

yeah that diamond reasoning "its your fault and its not bc of bad teammates" is the height of bs lol, the moment I broke out of diamond my win rate sky rocketed bc it becomes so much easier in masters to play and win, its a team based game to rank up quit your lying to these plat and diamond players
Yeah the game just seems to be dead nowadays can literally go 40 and 3 on dps and your tank and supports will throw on purpose to make your life harder it’s weird
Everything you said doesnt matter when your a zenyatta main and you do more damage and heals than the rest of your team. I pop off with 20 kills a game with zen. 5 or less deaths. 11k healing and up. Still lose. In competitive. These are bots on my team.
Some/many frustrated gold players sadly aren't interested in help in my experience.
So real they all think they know better
I was able to rank up a lot this year but it's because of a silly reason. Some streamer mentioned it's impossible to rank up with lifeweaver and I decided to try it. What is there to lose in Gold? I don't purely one trick him so it's not the "true" experience, but he was a big chunk of what got me to Diamond. I imagine he falls off hard in GM and Masters but that's fine. I didn't think I'd get this far anyway. lol
As a support player myself it doesnt matter how much heals i give 20k+ i still loose because my temmates arent good. EVER! it always seems like i get the players who have NEVER played OW and the other team is SUPER STACKED. Or someone on my team Quits even if we are winning. Its complete BS and its unfair!!
don't healbot, well-placed damage output on support makes it easy to take back agency and get value for your team.

Why get to the top unless your a streamer or youtuber? You don’t get anything for all that effort. No money or fame. Sure you can talk shit to some of your friends if you have any but let’s be truthful here they don’t really care. They only care about the argument and trying to burn each other just like sports morons do. Getting to the highest rank while no one knowing who you are is really pointless unless it’s one of those useless I want to prove it to myself types of people.
