I had an older version of this helmet, it was quite a good helmet and very comfortable but definitely intended for a newer rider. The helmet protects against smaller crashes wouldn’t recommend for anyone riding hard, but other than that very good helmet.

ye cause i would say for harder crashes a mip i think is called would be better or just a motorbike helmet cause for this price point i would think this is good for 20-30 miles per hours

Hello! Can you please say what is the difference between 2 series helmet versus 3 series and 5 series? If possible, in detail, if not, than by verdict - is the 3 series better than 2 series and whether 5 series is really better than 3 or 2 series? How does the ventilation compare between these? As much as I love Bells, I have to admit that the 2 series would probably be my choice. It's really light and very comfortable. If you don't like how it fits, you can use our fit guarantee to exchange it for the bell or visa versa. - Chase

Biggest difference is the Bell has the MIPS liner for rotational energy management. But Both are good, safe helmets.

The 2 series has a different shell design and from what I'm told, has an updated comfort liner as well. Shell and EPS construction are similar.

Those are rivets for the chin strap.
