Tom, I've had really bad depression and it's gotten worse, I haven't seen much worth continuing on for, plazas help me see the light in life, because it's getting harder
As someone who's been through it and still do occasionally, find someone you can sit down with and discuss things to try and get solutions from, whether that be friends or a therapist or whatever. I say that because the thing with depression is that its causes come from such a wide range of sources, so its very hard to give a generic answer too. Some say execise etc but it varies for different people and its better to tailour actions towards whatever your situation is. Don't know if TH-cam has a messaging feature, but hit me up if you want to discuss and I'd be more than happy to give some friendly advice.
