Yes it did come out on the Master system and it had some quite good animation's in it,if you want to see it just look for it here on youtube there is a couple of vid's with the master version in here!
Reminds me of the diskmag "smooth criminal" for the c64 that had a lot of tips how to perform different less or more criminal pranks. ;) Had this tune as the bg music...
There is "Michael Jackson's Moonwalker" for Master System. Smooth Criminal and other 8-Bit Versions of his song are included. (but this version sounds better than the version included in the Master Systems Moonwalker, which sounds like they took the song from the 16-Bit-Genesis and took away some sound channels(?) because the Master System supports less channels.)
@gearlockT You're welcome! Most things out there in TH-cam claim to be 8-bit covers are usually just MIDIs played by a program that pretends to sound like an old console and fail miserably. The guy who did that cover has also done the awesome Mr. Brownstone from Guns and Roses and I believe he was involved in the development of D-Pad Hero. If you dig rhythm games like Rock Band/Guitar Hero, check it out. I guarantee your satisfaction!
I remember playing diz game as a kid on my NES (good times!) but i could never "beat it", I got stuck on level 8 where you have a slumber party with macolin calkin and you end up in court the next day with your Cap'tan Crunch suit on.
as he played his first game he tought "oh god this is so lame" and he macked his own game and the succes gived him more fame and nothing can stop him we all know that he'll win use a combo to moonwalk do it 10 times u get a 1 up
@DarthDakota007 Sorry, my bad. I was browsing NES music, so i didn't realize this was supposed to be Sega. I noticed immediately that the music was distinctly Sega-sounding.

You've been hit by, A Smooth Criminal.
Incidentally, the music to the first stage of Moonwalker was Smooth Criminal, IIRC.
YEAH AVGN REFERENCE! and Nintendo players looked on with envy at that sexy beast
This could totally be the title theme for an MJ video game.

May as well have been, since GSXCC doesn't really pull 8 bit sounds out unless you edit the features heavily.
