Hi Lisa, I lost all my hair in 2020 due to chemo and since it started growing back I have really looked after it and I think my regime has helped. I wash my hair on Wednesday, Friday & Sunday. I use Alberto Balsam in the week and Foxy Locks shampoo, conditioner & hair mask on a Sunday in the bath. Also on a Sunday😢 I use a scalp massager. I don’t use heat every time I wash it but when I do I use heat protection spray. While it was growing and to promote growth I used Lush wasabi shampoo once a week and the other times I used Lush ‘new’ solid shampoo which contains cinnamon to stimulate the scalp. I’m 52, post menopause and my hair is thick and in excellent condition. My Daughter uses coconut oil on her hair and leaves it in overnight or the Mielle Rosemary scalp and hair oil. Just a few suggestions xxxxxx
Firstly congratulations for beating Cancer 👏🏻 I’m sure it was a tough time for you xx I’ve always had great hair, I was a hairdresser back in the day so I’ve always used good products and treatments etc, I think it has to be hormonal as I’ve never had any problems before. Thanks for the ideas, I’ve looked at Foxy Locks and considered buying it so maybe I’ll give it a try xxx

Hi Lisa, i totally get it with regards to thinning hair, im exactly the same, i regularly hav to use dry shamoo bcus it gets greasy really quickly. Wen u were talking about your hair i actually thought your hair looked really nice. Love your utility room its stunning. All those individual items on the shelnves are beautiful and of course a lable has to be on straight🤣 im with you on that! 👌I saw on This Morning some kind of thickening spray it was in a gold can. Hi Lisa I just bought some high waist Angel brand jeans in the USA...they are amazing , I also got Democracy jeans in the USA too...they are brilliant too! In the UK I buy my jeans from M&S ...they are pretty good too!
Hi Lisa. Great video, I know how you feel about your hair, I’m the same, used to be lovely thick and bouncy and shiny but not now. I’ve got extensions but it doesn’t really help as my hair is thick at the bottom but thin and limp on top. Spend a fortune on shampoo and conditioner but nothing works, I’ll let you know if I find a miracle product. Let us know how you get on too. Xx
Hair thinning is the pits. Mine came out all the time. My worst thing though going thru menopause was brittle nails. Dont worry Lisa I'm 59 this year. Menopause long gone. Never felt better xxx
Hi Lisa I know what you mean with jeans I got some from Poundland 8pound in the sale I'm really impressed on the quality and the fit is so good and stretch is so comfy too there the only jeans I've got rest are leggings , your utility looked really nice I carnt keep real plants they always die on me , so sorry about your hair how it's gone after being so thick my sister is the same but she's always had fine hair she takes supplements and tries different treatments on it hopefully yours gets back to being where it was , your meal looked delish too take care lisa look forward to your next one 😊💖😘xxx
I have some from Poundland but they always fall down! None of those plants are real, I don’t own real ones as I’d kill them!! 🙈😂😂 I’m going to be honest I’m not loving this whole perimenopause thing and I don’t feel old enough 😢 xx
