Fair play lads, wouldn't take much to beat DRFC at mo, but we played better than we have for a while...I'm not opposed to any team using a towel to dry a ball, but it was poor way of managing the game at 1-0...I'm sure if this had happened to you, when you were on your arse in the championship, your fans would have been complaining.....
No. A towel is a towel. Its used to dry the ball and nothing else. Your manager is a complete idiot for even suggesting its cheating. Was a shame because you played well, you just have a muppet of a manager. Dont even try to back what he said because the large majority of league one fans have opposed what he said because its aload of waffle 😂
@@ticsontour6642 Cheating was a probably a strong word, my problem was the whole build up to the throw in , player takes his time to walk to ball, then the towel process on top of it. Let's put it this way, your just outside play offs at end of season, you need to win this game and your 0-2 against an opponent in first half and they are drying the ball and taking as long as possible... would you be annoyed?
@@colinbox3637 No i wouldnt. Hes drying the ball and the towels are there to be used by both teams. Also, when the ball goes out of play, that time is added onto the end of the game anyway so its not exactly wasting any time. As if you lot should care anyway, there was no way you were scoring a second.
@@ticsontour6642 can't say I'd noticed the other teams in the top 10 using this tatic, they just take a quick throw in and try to score more goals than hanging onto a one goal lead... granted we weren't going to score....
@@colinbox3637 We werent hanging onto a one goal lead at all. Youd know were not that sort of team if you paid attention to what goes on in league one. Weve scored the most goals in the last 10-15 mins out of anyone in the league. Clearly not a team that time wastes. Regardless, the time gets added back on at the end. Cant believe youre trying to back what your manager said, just shows fans will back their manager no matter how idiotic they sound.

Only time we heard from your fans is when Omar Bogle scored. Thats it. Then you went quiet again when you realised there were no way of you getting back into it.
