Your video helped me install my 2bro’s CF black series exhaust. I was having a difficult time lining up the header bracket to the studs on the engine. Putting the muffler bracket on first made all the difference. Thanks for the help.
I was curious. Does only changing the exhaust make any difference in power? I know the stock exhaust has a built-in catalytic converter. Would gutting that out improve performance any?
@@jimbradley4394 with an air intake and the correct rejetting, absolutely. I gained like an extra 5 mph with the exhaust and intake, but you have to get it dialed in right
Thanks Ruck Shop! I had to watch this to see how to remove the exhaust correctly to change out a tire and haven’t found any other videos showing how to. I’m gonna be visiting your shop soon since I live close!
I want to buy one of these aftermarket exhausts, but I'm hearing different answers as to whether you should swap jets out or not. I know a mechanic that said it wasn't necessary unless you were changing the air intake, which would make sense since the motor is only going to put out what it can take in. And are all aftermarket exhausts different as far as specs or are they relatively the same?
they are all different for the jet size bigger headers require different jet sizes and yes once you add an exhaust you should change jets. All inquires please email us at info@theruckshop.com
In the past,on my street bikes,I would shim the jet needles when I would add a header,as long as I diden't mess with the air box. If I changed to a free flowing air filter I would rejet,to keep from running to lean.
will this kit fit a stock ice bear maddog 150cc? if not, can ya link me to one that will fit plug n play easy like this? i cannot find it online to buy one.
we use red on the mounting bolts not the two exhaust nuts. we dont do it in the videos since they are demonstration purposes only and that pipe was off of a different bike of ours.
The Ruck Shop alrighty! Thanks for your opinion! Will definitely order yoshimura and your airbox eliminator 2 w uni filter soon so that i wont worry if i ride it in rain. But how will i know if the jets included will be the best sizes like 85-38? I live in a more or less 30 degrees celcius country and i weigh about 135lbs.
@@jettsimontan803 as far as the jets go you can order a jet kit on the side if you are concerned with the jetting. your weight doesnt affect the jetting so i wouldnt worry about that
you will need to jet the carb once you put it on its best to do it with our airbox eliminator kit as it comes with the jets needed for this exhaust. it will help out with power.
we answered this in a comment already. its a discontinued wheel from ncy that they stopped making about 3 years ago now. it would work with no stretch on the ruckus.
I've got a yoshi pipe on my ruck and it works fine with my stock wheel. I got a fatty tire and the exhaust wont clear the wheel for reinstall. Is there a way to use the same exhaust with the fatty wheel?
i dont know if someone has put it on the rollers because it would probably burn out the clutch, but it has been tested on the street with an intake and correct jetting with significant gains.
and at 5:27 you can see it says rear and points in the right direction. it has front and rear directional arrows and since the tire is on the rear its pointing in the right direction. thank you for your concerns

And I have another question. If you keep the stock limiter. But you jet the carb and put on the new exhaust. does it still run 45km/u or 28mph?
ahead of its time right now is 2020 and your video helped me out alot BRO!
Does the 2015 have that exhaust gasket I took off the exhaust and there was no ring
Is this on a non-stretch ruckus?
Does the 03-22 exhaust fit the 2024 Honda ruckus

No it won’t.
Whats the torque specs on the exhaust header bolts ?
104 inch pounds
Will this work for a Maddog chuckus?
No it will not
This exhaust will fit a stock exhaust, right?
And do you have it in stock?
Did you ever find this out?
did you use red or blue loctite? I didn't see you apply it in the video, and did you use loctite on every single bolt?

What did you do with pvc
Excellent video!
hey dude. do you think this will fit on sym crox 50ccm 4t? and if i buy on ebay can i get papers for it?
Did you need to upjet the carb?
Yes anytime you alter parts that effect air to fuel.
Does the yoshi exhaust come with the dbkiller for the ruckus .?
that is already installed on all of the exhausts. it is not an extra feature. its still loud with the baffle piece in the pipe.
So does it have a removable DB. Baffle.
Hey! Just wanna ask, in your opinion, which is better, Yoshi or Two Brothers exhaust? In terms of perfomance and sound. Thanks!

What jets are recommended to be used with this exhaust?
Zack Duda we recommend you get an airbox removal kit but yoshimura says on the instructions I think a 80 main and stock idle
Could i put this on my 50cc 2019 Romet Pony?
i have a wk colt same bike but buy a pipe werx wk colt exhaust they are made for those bikes and i got one

yes that will fit.
Does it fit on 2002 Honda Metropolitan CHF50?
no.
Was this on a stretch or a stock ?
you can buy 2 differant yoshi exhausts, one for stock and one for stretched.
can i put the same exhaust on a honda zoomer?
yes but you will have to weld a bung in so you can run your o2 sensor like the oem zoomer uses

its directional and going in the correct direction for rear tire
So @5:49 why is the arrow pointed counter-clockwise?
and at 5:27 you can see it says rear and points in the right direction. it has front and rear directional arrows and since the tire is on the rear its pointing in the right direction. thank you for your concerns
