Hi Eddy, you really must take an evening walk from the northern part of Jomtien Beach and walk up Dongtan Beach which leads to the area at bottom of soi 5 Pratumnak which is a really nice lively area with some nice bars and restaurants. It's about a 20 minute very pleasant walk. A small low rise town feel to it and very nice in the evening. Much prefer it to Jomtien Beach area

Hi Eddie from N Yorkshire, the weather here is rubbish. I've already spent 3 months this year in Thailand Bangkok where I used to visit for work, and Pattaya, now retired. Jomtien sounds a good run ashore might try it next trip in September. Looking forward to your walkabout in Cambodia, stay safe
