I really like this gameplay! I can't wait to see the fight with Sylvia! I am watching these series with my girlfriend. She hasn't played the game and doesn't understand anything, but she says that you make it very interesting!
For your next playthrough, when you build an Order of Fire, you can send all your towns' defenders through the hell gate for +1 Power. Not a big boost, but a small return for these expensive town portals, and better spellcasting to defend your towns

would you consider doing a walkthrough on the legendary Wayfarer, community map? You start with a single wolf rider, and 7 days to find a city, which requires optimized strategy from the start. this sets the scene for the rest of the map. later you're up against 7 stacks maxed with 9999 blue dragons, and you must succeed with 0 losses.

At 5:15 I've almost screamed when you moved Rashka out with just the devils and ended the turn with tan at the gates. Is it the mods doing that the garrison and the visiting hero's army automatically combines? Pretty sure it didn't work like that in the base game.
As far as I know, noro is playing On Shadow of death edition, with HDMod, it optimises army management, gives quality of life improvements and upscales the graphics ^^

Good decision as I don't really check older comment sections. You were probably watching a video of AoE2 HD Edition or Definitive Edition. I recommend Definitive Edition if your PC can handle it.

Norovo, why do you never play around saving up gold at the end of the week to earn interest through the Treasury building in your Ramparts towns?
In my PoV, this THE way to deal with the eternal lack of gold on XL maps, so its frustrating to watch you never take advantage of it.
Castle gate building is the most useless building like ever in Heroes 3😒
