Lizzie does not wish Hope bad thing. In one side she cared for her, but in the other she's jalous of how much time she spend with her father... and Lizzie lives it as her own father care more for Hope than his own daughters. That is a nice thing because it feel genuine their relationship in not only in one dimension, it's kind of of love & hate, ups'n'down as in every relationship.
Robbie Yeah that is so true they are sisters especially Hope and Lizzie. It's alittle less sisterly with Josie because she tend to romantically fantasies Hope . But Hope and Lizzie relationship really reminds me of Kluas and Elijah relationship. They both need eachother more than words can say. They bring brightness and happiness back in eachother lives. Where one feels loneliness the other feels them with a since of peace. But Malivore and all his blackness keeps getting in the way of Hope having a true happiness. Her burden responsibilities to end him puts darkness on that light and Lizzie illness puts a hole in her heart that only Hope could feel that hole with a sense of peace and only Lizzie and Hope can bring eachother back from that loneliness and keep eachothers light shining.
They remind me of Kluas and Elijah relationship. Their as close as sisters and they seem to need eachother in the same way Kluas and Elijah needed eachother.
Lizzie was a lot like Caroline, at first I disliked her, but at the end she was one of the best characters. And your right, they are a lot like Damon and Bonnie, they hated each other, later to be besties.
Their relationship/friendship has really grown a lot on the show and on me. Lizzie being the first to remember Hope has left me forever happy, they went from frenemies/rivals to friends and I’m glad that they care so much for each other. Hope has at least one friend who remembers her.
I always wanted for them to be friends, especially after finding out Josie kept them apart for years with a lie. I love how Lizzie automatically care about Hope after finding out about the lie. I agree that right now we should just focus on the friendship because there are way to many LI's for Hope and I would love if instead of paring everybody together we really focused on the friendships .But I will say that if it happened in the future and it developed just really organically and in the future I wouldn't be opposed to the paring.

THIS!!! I've been anticipating this friendship since FOREVER! I always felt that Hope & Lizzie would very much complement each other's aspects. Although Hope is very powerful, she has a very kind heart and most of the time its to the point she'd rather sacrifice and put everyone in front of her so she'll get the hardships instead. I always wanted her to get some of Lizzie's selfish 'me first' attitude and sometimes think about herself instead, the same also applies to Lizzie, who can learn to yield sometimes & be more understanding from Hope
