Yes they are the bad boys of NCT. Ten and Lucas are both also in Super M supergroup & the other NCT U subs. Ten is one of the best dancers in kpop (along with Kai from EXO and Teaming from Shinee). Xiaojun has amazing vocals and has done a bunch of covers. For WayV, would recommend the 'Action Figure' performance video, 'Kick Back' MV, 'Nectar'MV, or the 'Love Talk' MV in English for their grown men adult side.

Yes the tattoo on Ten is real. It is said that Ten designed the tattoo himself. He is an individual that can do anything he puts his mind to. He speaks at least 4 languages, is a talented artist, has the voice of an angel, can rap, and is known as one of the best dancers in Kpop. Ten gets a lot of screen time in this video as it is more dance heavy and he is the lead dancer. Its funny because on screen he is this bad boy that LOVES to show skin but irl he is a complete dork who is very shy and has an amazing sense of humor. Two completely opposite personalities. Not only can Ten speak like 6 different languages that boy is one of if not the best dancers in all of kpop I highly recommend his solo songs New Heroes and Dream in a Dream and some of his dance covers too. Ten and hell all of WayV are just built different.

When everyone first hears that WayV is the Chinese subunit of NCT, they all think that the group would be more chilled, conservative, more boyband-like. But they are always in for a shock because WayV is SPICY! Their songs, lyrics, dance moves, everything. It's like SM makes them do all the spicy things NCT can't do in Korea. The group is also full of aces. They can all hold their own. The boys are very talented and not just in music. I mean, my man Kun can fly a plane!
Anyway, they are also all visuals. Lucas and Ten are the obvious attention grabbers but Hendrey and Kun are very handsome, Winwin is very beautiful, Yang Yang has the cute boy-next-door appeal and Xiaojun's face was carved by the gods. They are also hands down the funniest bunch.
They are definitely an aggressive bunch! Can’t wait to hear more!!

Wayv has to be my favorite unit from NCT, their entire discography is so STACKED it’s a crime now under appreciated they are just because they’re a Chinese unit

@@infinitelocke honestly, usually the Chinese units of groups are looked down upon in Korea in general which sucks bc the main market for kpop is literally korea :(( that’s kinda also what happened with exo-m where their versions of songs always had less views and streams. Tbh a lot of foreign idols in SM end up leaving due to unfair treatment since usually they are promoted less and given less exposure than Korean members of groups and as a result having a whole unit with just foreigners ended up in them getting the least promotions as well. They also have difficulty performing in Korean music programs since they mostly sing all their songs in mandarin but get a lot of crap from the general public in Korea who watches these programs since they are labeled as kpop idols and should either sing in Korean or just get out and go back to China. If you didn’t know, China and Korea have some political beef or smthng and it limits the idols from China (such as lay from exo who has been inactive in the group for that very reason) which is also why wayv is under a subsidiary of SM entertainment instead of just being SM artists (they’re under label v). They used to fly to China for promotions and mainly perform there but due to the pandemic they had no choice but to stay and promote in Korea. At the same time, a lot of the general public in China look down on them for choosing to be in the kpop scene.
Sorry this is so long, i just honesty hate the situation they’re in so much because they make such great music and have so much potential to be HUGE like the other nct units. they’re still a kinda new as a group (debuted in 2019) and so they have a significantly smaller discography than the other units but I’m really glad you like them and are giving them a chance! I hope you enjoy their music^^ I’d recommend action figure or love talk~
I wish SM promote them more in the west, they got potential to be huge there, 3 members speak very fluent in english. Their vocal line, rap line and dance line are top tier if only they get promotion from their company which close to zero because they are foreigner not Korean. 😔
@@mosquito9811 I agree a thousand percent! they even have more English versions of songs than Korean versions and the kor versions only even exist so they are able to promote in Korea lmao I think wayv knows that majority of their fans are international.
Hopefully 2022 will be better, I wish them the best. They are my favorite group.
Fun fact: The reason why "Bad Alive" doesn't have subs is because, although the song is primarily in English, there are lines that are in Korean and Mandarin.
Ten is well known for his drawing and design work -- several of his tattoos, which are all real, are designs he created. Not only is he talented in the art of music and dance -- he is a main dancer (one of the best dancers in the industry), lead vocalist and center of NCT -- but he is also talented in all forms of art.
And, NCT's/SuperM's Mark Lee awarded Ten with the "Naked of the Year" award because, out of all the members of NCT/SuperM, Ten is the one who most often doesn't wear a shirt or shows off his body. We have sort of come to expect that Ten won't have a shirt on or will be wearing something see through. These days, it's actually more surprising when we don't see Ten's abs. LOL
At this point I already don’t expect ten to ever wear a shirt 😭 he is super talented though! I’ll have to get into more of them!

WayV is really a multilingual group. Both Ten and Yangyang speak like 4/5 languages. Yangyang speaks German, Mandarin, English, Korean and Spanish. Ten speaks Thai, Korean, English and Mandarin.

The part of the song "oh they come a dime a dozen" in the background of Xiaojun's part is Ten. Bad Alive was written by Vedo - Wilbart “Vedo” McCoy III, and Pan Yan Ting. Vedo has written numerous songs for SM artists. WayV, NCT 127, Super M, EXO, NCT U, BAEKHYUN, LAY and Shinee, He has also written some for other K Pop artists. That is not to mention the songs he has written for American R&B/Hip Hop artists, Chris Brown, Usher, Ella Mai, and himself. I highly recommend you watch WayV other videos, especially Turn Back Time, Moonwalk, and Take Off. Shoot watch all of them. I am a Staybebe (term I found out the other day, fan of Stray Kids and Monsta X) but I am also a Wezinnie? I think that's what a WayV stan is called.

LOL Korea is more conservative, so the Chinese label can be a little sexier and freer. WayV is the sexy unit, lol. Also the goofball unit. I love them though! You should see/hear Love Talk. It's definitely full of euphemisms or straight out dirty talk lol.
