@@henrynetley8776 if you get at all lucky with the spawns, you won't have to go inside, you can easily get three bags with the outside ingredients
For the basement one, that door swings both ways. The doorway is a choke point for cops coming in but is a choke point for you going out.
@@gabrielauman9478 it's more of a disadvantages than advantage, unlike most shooting game, in Payday 2, you're dead if you're holed up. Payday 2 isn't about hiding from a bullet hose minigun bulldozer, it's about keep moving around and kill the cops before the cops kills you

Cook Off tips aside, this is the only video I've seen that confirms Snipers having unique spawning sounds (aside from Bain's callouts) and I can't thank you enough for that.
Once you notice them you keep hearing them, it's so useful. If you think about it, every single special enemy has a spawning sound
Its not that useful when the lasers give them away
@@devlintaylor9520 but it's nice to be able to hear them coming _before_ they're getting ready to take your head off it's shoulders, which if you see the laser they're probably doing either to you or a teammate
@@devlintaylor9520 idk about cook off, but in some other missions I've done, The snipers will insta trickshot me through a tiny crack that I passed by for a split second without ever showing the lasers so I like it when I'm told they exist
@@thewhitetophat8965 That can happen if the sniper has line of sight on you before they get into their proper position (they only use their lasers once they get to a certain location) or because they're doing a funny idle animation and their rifle is pointing into a wall (and their laser with it).

just in case someone needs this, HUGE tip
do NOT spam the interaction key when picking up ingredients bunched together. due to how the game works, it is possible to pick up two Hydrogen Chlorides, or any other ingredients (as long as they're the same ingredient in a bunch), but one of them will be deleted since it cannot enter your inventory. this happens much more frequently if you are not the host, since this happens when you pick up an item and the server has to update to reflect that. if youre spamming, you will pick one up, and before the game registers that ingredient in your inventory, your button spam causes you to delete the other, making it impossible to cook one of the bags
Yup, it's one of the rare instances in the game where you can do a de-duplication glitch, which works for the same reason that makes the duplication glitch possible in the first place.

Man, I remember when the lines for Bain were waaay more complicated. There was a few of them that you had to listen for that actually meant an ingredient even though he didn't say it, or in one case, was an entirely different ingredient from what he said. I'm definitely glad they simplified the lines.

One of my fav tips for cook off is running one of the 2 NVG masks, as it makes seeing snipers super easy and you never have to turn the power back on

Let, him, COOK.
The real reason you finish a set before grabbing new ingredients is so you can always pop in the last ingredient as soon as it becomes available without needing to keep track. Also if doing this in rats cops spawn after 60s or after you enter the house, though cook off is still only when you enter.
Bonus tip: deploy ammo/meds in the left corner of the meth table upstairs, against the wall with the door to the two-window room. You can use them from both rooms upstairs and from downstairs by standing on the countertop.
Holy shit, this is so fun to watch even tho i've been playing on Cook Off for almost 50 times. The editing is really amazing, and that "you've been kicked from the game" message is common for Cook Off pubs. Keep up the good work!

One thing worth noting is that your non-cook friends can and SHOULD pick up ingredients on the infinite version of this heist when the lab refills have 2 ingredients left, but not enough for a full batch so that the flare can be lit much sooner than if the cook waited to replace his ingredients. In the mean time, this pseudo-cook can dump their ingredients in when needed. This saves a LOT of time.

This and the Art Gallery videos are two of my favorite Payday 2 videos I've ever watched. I've been playing a month after release and albeit on Console, I have almost 2k hours on the game and LOVE the editing, the jokes, everything! Your other videos are amazing as well, keep up the amazing work!

switching roles is the best option in my opinion. Everyone picks up ingridients and puts all of them when its their turn. Switching roles gives everyone time to cook and pickup ingridients without waiting.

I didn't know that the cops actually told snipers to take positions and such, I've never even heard it to be honest, I only knew about Bain's voiceline about them before now. So thanks!
A good tip is to use night vision masks, they help with the lack of lighting and makes it easier to see through the cooking fumes

More tips:
1. Snipers: Don't kill the right sniper at the right at 4:00 Because if you will keep 1 sniper it won't spawn new snipers and this sniper is one the useless ones.
2. Planks: ALWAYS barricade the room at the second floor where you drop the loot. But if your team have a Crew Chief (gives buffs to the team when having hostages) you should let some cops climb in to that room and then cuff them here.
3. Cooking: after you add 2 ingredients the THIRD one (the last one) will always be the last ingredient that you didn't put before these 2. Example: you added CS and HCL now the third one will be MU (Don't wait until bain says it, just add the last one that you have)
3.1 Cooking again: Disable voice lines in the sound menu: "Mute contractor voices" so you don't have to wait 10 years before he will say the LINE.
3.2 Cooking once again: Enable subtitles so you can read what he wants to say before waiting for him to say that.
I do think you should leave atleast 1 window unbarricared in the small room on the second floor, only because you have a really good overview of snipers on that side of the map from that room

I think you should take the ingredients from the front shed first because the back is relatively easy to keep safe and clear the cops there, unlike the front and side where the cops have gatherings every 12 seconds to melt your armor + health.
If you are coordinated enough and your sum of neurons is higher than 4 you could have each teammate grab a set of ingredients so you can garrison a bit better and let the cook have some fun and a bit less stress by taking turns

I legit never had anyone pissed at me picking up ingredients, not only the instructions are simple and the way Bain goes around isn't that tricky, but even if they need an ingredient needed, just have the cook call it out and whoever has it makes a dash at the cooking bit.

The equipment you bring to the team is also very needed on higher difficulties if you are not yet too advanced in Payday2
For instance
Let one of your mates bring close quarters weapons, they will stay inside the shack and protect it from light tier cops, preventing them from doing any harm inside
One can go long range weapons to deal with the cops/specials/snoipers from inside the shack at top floor, or even roof (Riskier, but has way more vision over the battlefield) that means snipers/single fire assault rifles with high dps
One can go what I like to call a "Runner", which is a guy that has a simple loadout, that is a quick assault riffle and any secondary of choice, be it a shotgun or a grenade launcher even, that has to do the tasks, like switching the lights on or bringing the bag of ingredients to the cook, and while not performing those, he helps defending
And the took, imo should run LMG, so when the batch is cooking, he supports his marksman friend in picking off large waves of enemy corrupted cops, so the defense team has it easier.
Cook can run Ammo
Runner can run Doc Bags
Sniper can run Turrets
And Close Quarters Grenades
If your team struggles, change your perks, have fun experiencing the game. Good Heisting, Heisters
