I personally had the experience of watching one of these at Disney Sea and I have absolutely zero ideas of how it’s done. The sounds come with the movement and it is seriously improvised. While the performer left, I stood staring at him, so he stopped moving, started back and then suddenly gave a smile with an effect. It was perfectly timed. I’ve been dying to know how it’s done since 2016 😭
