Mike stepped on a landmine getting that dry Jollibee chicken. I am a regular at Jollibee, and I get maybe 1 dry chicken every 30 visits or so. Sometimes we are just unlucky to get the oldest chicken on the tray instead of a freshly cooked one. lol
At Jollibee, Mike should have dunked the dry chicken in the excess chili sauce from his chili chicken. That would have been a very Mike Chen solution. 😂
I've only ever had Chinese food here in the States. But ever since I started watching you in 2019. I've had Miso, Tankatsu, Milk Tea Boba, and Pho. I definitely want to have the Soba and try Jollibee. We have one in the Inland Empire. Unfortunately; can't have it too spicy. My gut won't handle it.

Singapore is a awesome foodie destination! I am so happy you are or were there to show us what delicious foods they have to offer! You had me at Burger King though. The U.S.A needs to catch up with the diverse menus that they have in Asia! Hungry and popcorn will have to do. 😁

Therefore many things he eats,I would vomit on,therefore not good for me. it's all very subjective and up to personal interpretation. Having eaten countless times at both Mac Donald’s and Burger King in Singapore, what I can say is that the beef burgers in Burger King are always superior to Mac Donald’s while I love some of Mac Donald’s chicken burger like that Mac spicy and buttermilk chicken. These are definitely better than the Mac chicken burger. Overall, I feel mac Donald’s basic burgers are getting from bad to worse (filet o fish,mc chicken, cheeseburger etc) but their more expensive premium burgers are better in taste.

Jolibee is MAGIC. That is all. We've got one in downtown Dallas, and I'm sure it's good enough, but something tells me it won't be as good as the real deal outside the US. Even as a Singaporean, I have no idea why McDonalds is so popular here that we have 4 (3 currently, 4th one opening soon) of them within a 270m radius, in Tampines central. I believe it's might be a cultural norm or the stronger influence that McD have over other fast food places. McD also generally have more frequent seasonal items and promotion. Though it's kinda sad more younger Singaporeans are going to Mcdonald's rather than supporting their local hawkers at hawker centers.
I seems to noticed that too newer/younger gen of singaporeans prefer the western style food than local hawker food since few years back but as of now seems to be more of it
