The 400 series ? They were front engined v12 2+2 , the 400 gt and 412 gt , the predecessors of the 456 and 612 and weren't busy looking at all . The 812 looks like a corvette that someone has tried to put testarossa rear haunches on with out the side strake vents and then added a retro 288 gto rear panel on it . . No like all other current ferraris it not a nice looking design .
If I HAD TO buy a sports car and had the place to safely exercise it..it would be the 812 SF...or be on my short list. One of the few naturally aspirated supercars available today still. Entine is in the right place as well. (not in the back...Porsche 911). Pointless for any of us (not pro race drivers) to own one not in Germany. For every one else owning one is simply for posers "Need to be seen with expensive toys" crowd. What's ironic is most owners will be driving in city traffic along side that Prius. :)
Rupert Migtau...depends on the limits, some countries have higher max speed limit roads, some countries have roads that don’t have speed limits as well
Singh out Loud...to show off, that’s the only reason you buy a car that solely has performance in a country with speed limits. Doesn’t mean that everyone that buys sports cars are trying to show off, people sometimes buy sports cars simply because they look gorgeous and sound good as well...say for instance the Audi R8 LMS, Aston Martin DBS, Maserati GranTurismo etc.
