Assalamu alaikum I am from Pulwama Kashmir. I am your student from last 8 years. But this is my first comment on your videos, coz this is the first time I'm having "ilmi ikhtilaaf" with you sir. First of all you said that it's job of our elders (means PM and other ministers) who have to take necessary steps. We know that our country Pakistan is totally not following Quran and Sunnah. And even we are not executing the things as per shairah. So if they are not doing what they have to do, then there should be a group who can stand in opposite for the same. Secondly, as per Quran and Hadith the group who conveys to do good things and stops people from wrong doings are only successful hereafter. Now stopping from wrong doings have conditions as per hadith. 1. If you have power then stop them by hand (power) 2. If not they stop them by tongue (words). 3. If not then keep hate in your heart. And that is lowest imaan. The second level of imaan is in Kashmir like places and third level would be for muslims living in india like countries. But first level of imaan must be in the muslim countries. Hope you will understand what u am asking. So it is definitely our job to stop the politicians from not stopping Israel for doing these things to Palestine. But they are not doing it then a separate group of people should erupt against the fasik politicians. Thirdly, you said that when there were battles during the period of sahabas the weapons were same. That is not true as per seeratun nabi SAW. I am from Pulwama Kashmir. I am your student from last 8 years. But this is my first comment on your videos, coz this is the first time I'm having "ilmi ikhtilaaf" with you sir.
First of all you said that it's job of our elders (means PM and other ministers) who have to take necessary steps. We know that our country Pakistan is totally not following Quran and Sunnah. And even we are not executing the things as per shairah. So if they are not doing what they have to do, then there should be a group who can stand in opposite for the same. Secondly, as per Quran and Hadith the group who conveys to do good things and stops people from wrong doings are only successful hereafter. Now stopping from wrong doings have conditions as per hadith.
1. If you have power then stop them by hand (power)
2. If not they stop them by tongue (words).
3. If not then keep hate in your heart. And that is lowest imaan.
The second level of imaan is in Kashmir like places and third level would be for muslims living in india like countries. But first level of imaan must be in the muslim countries. Hope you will understand what u am asking.
So it is definitely our job to stop the politicians from not stopping Israel for doing these things to Palestine. But they are not doing it then a separate group of people should erupt against the fasik politicians.
Thirdly, you said that when there were battles during the period of sahabas the weapons were same. That is not true as per seeratun nabi SAW. The Romans and persians were more powerful that Arabs as per technology. Like they were have weapon of stone throwers which Arabs saw first time. Like wise they were having multiple Arrow throwers. So in short there is a hadith that if a person dies and he never wished to do jihaad in life then he died munafiq.
Being in country like Pakistan which seperated themselves for being muslims and for making it muslim state, somehow we need to take things serious. Hope you will understand my level

fiqah hanafi is the first law compiled of shariya. He understood shariyat from sahaba. I follow that fiqah. All 4 schools of thought are haq, any other law or shariyat is badat and helds no weightage. 4 fiqah aint innovation, just like quran or hadis book compiled aint biddat but collection. Similarly 4 fiqah are nt new innovation, but compilation of what that existed
