If after 1973 judicial review was allowed on acts & reg. Included in schedule 9, then what's the purpose remained of 31B, why wasn't this just get repealed.?

It says it is open for judicial review but not necessarily be declared void.

Had SC not struck 31C in 'minerva mills' case on ground of 'judicial review', DPSP would be enjoying primacy over Fundamental rights and implementing Uniform civil code(art 44) would be cakewalk for union govt. ....Par main chahta hoon Uniform civil code aa jaye. There must be some way when one party enjoy confidence of the people. Ye mullo ke upar Uniform civil code lagaake BJP history create karegi dekhte jaao ab hota hai kya. How beautifully they tweaked the constitution for scraping special status of kashmir. Soon they will find some way to implement UCC too. So just you see... Jai Shri Ram.
