Sir the main question of mine is - why there is need of 2 cabinets i .e. Rajyasabha and Loksabha. There are many countries having single parliamentary system as this will also saves more money which will be used for beneficial of Public welfare schemes...!!!

Most of the big countries in the world have two houses in parliament.
Two houses are required to avoid dominance of the government . If there is only lok sabha then the party having majority in it (ie the government) will become very very powerful .
So rajya sabha acts as a check .

Sir Article 74 and 75 to y btata hena ki council of ministers hoga to aid and advice president. Article 79 deals with Constitution of parliament - having President, and 2 houses.
