The original build was made by a chinese person, gromek has popularised it and well I vastly improved on the build using only 2 Icarus It's on my YT if you're actually thinking about doing this in PvP

Oh my gosh, I was actually thinking of a build like this years after I stopped playing Crossout in 2019 on NVS 2100M graphics if you can believe it. HOW DID I NOT SEE THIS! Put some Pyre missiles on that.
I kind of want a faction with helicopter blades. or maybe give them to the planes faction. might have to change some maps to accommodate them but I think in terms of balance they'd be fine, as you'd need low weight so you can't use much armor and lock on missiles and machine guns would shred them. it would be an answer to the annoyance of shotguns and melee builds, finally!

Tommaso Biondi um no, if anything reaper needs another buff. No overheat is good but it has durability of wet tissue paper, and has VERY low ammo. And tbh it’s damage isn’t too gud either.

Imagine a fusion where one person has the hovers/ reapers, another just reapers, and the 3rd has aegis's. Since only your bottom half is exposed really its unlikely you will be hit other places.

I feel like using a slight redesign of this with a couple more non reaper weapons, some armor, the cabin thats actually from a helicopter, you can make a powerful flying death machine.
i'm not sure just how sensitive the weight load or balance is, but I could see how adding a booster or chameleon would be advantageous for avoiding those pesky missiles. a booster might even get you airborne quicker, saving the precious ammo for longer flight times
This reminds me of the XKCD about how many guns it would take to fly around. He suggested using a cannon from a russian MiG to fly around, provided you find out how to get infinite ammo. And it's kindof accomplished here. :P

I don't have a reaper myself so I have to ask you, do ammo boxes increase the reaper's ammo cache?
Yes requires at least 3 purple ammo boxes for pvp 5-6 for raid, but at that point you’re a ticking time bomb of ammo
