This seems like the worst period. Even the market are now very unpredictable. Started investing recently when the market prices were a bit high, today I am more than 60% down!
Don't be confuse buying the dip in a bear market, with guaranteed future returns. Just because that company is down 60%+ from ATH does NOT make it a sound long-term investment. Make sure you're investing in great companies. kudos to SUSAN OWEN

Man, I have been making a KILLING swing trading $SUI the past cpl weeks (on the 1-5 minute). That's the upside. Downside is I was stuck to my desk chair for almost the entire time.
I'm still holding a bag, and will for a while, but I was able to pump my entire portfolio value by around 18% with just SUI pumps alone (Another 6% with RNDR & FET).
I'm so proud of myself for not being a normie ✊️

I think btc might continue to be relatively suppressed this cycle by Blackrock and other tradfi manipulators. But it looks like, as long as they don’t send it down, the alts might do their thing anyway…except for ETH, of course 😂
