    Hello,
Those hybrid tires of the V2 do not absorb bumps better. A bump will be absorbed by a single piece of the rubber (nylon) on the tire, then send a wavering, wobbly shockwave up through the scooter. The flat, wide city tires (255mm x 80mm) absorb bumps the best, as the bump shock is more evenly distributed across the width of the tire, and the tube will take some of the shock as well. The hybrid and fully off road tires are thickened to help prevent flats. Comfort is worse. After some rain they get soft, but then flats are easier as they pick up more stuff (glass is brutal).
I bought the earlier Eagle One and have 6,000 miles on it with an extra battery. But I'll never buy from them again on principle. They had pictures on their site showing it as a red/orange, and still did a year later, and probably still do now, when it is clearly maroon/burgundy. And they charge $40 for a pair of $5 brake pads. I'm considering myself lucky I've even got this far with it. They must have been lucky with a good employee or two, but the people at the top are corrupt. Imagine getting a car that was the wrong color, then not even getting a reply when asked about it.
