you HAVE to check out the jedi class mod, the guy who made updates it reasonably enough, and it's just fantastic. once he gets the balancing for it right he plans on adding custom animations as well as jedi robes and such. and did I mention you get a freaking lightsaber! he also plans on adding a room similar too the psi ops for it too.
I use a lot of mods so a list of favorites is a difficult question to answer but I will give it a shot. 1. Proficiency Classes. I like the fact that soldiers only gain experience and rank via combat. The Proficiency Class reaper can easily go into and out of concealment and participate in combat more effectively. 2. K's Officer Class. I find a squad of all officers strange so I use some other mods to give my soldiers army ranks and army rank icons. The office class then provides the officers for my squads and have abilities that benefit the entire squad. 3. Raider factions add new missions, new loot and new enemies to the game. 4, The Hive. Adds a new faction as well as a new ruler, new mission versions and new enemy chryssalids. 5. Allies Unknown. I am particularly fond of the Asari.
i dont know, but havent anyone thought of an xcom style turn based tactical rpg but with spartans from halo 4-5? or is there any mod that features such? it would be totally amazing...
Shack, the ADVENT Armour Mod not only gives you a ton of cool customisable armour from your enemy but they also look great with the star wars helmets, at least until we get stormtrooper and clonetrooper armour.
Is there a mod that allows you to select certain traits for your randomized troops? for example, make it so that all your troops that were randomized have blue eyes?
Think there can be a mod where your regular ballistic guns can get their damage upgraded so you can keep using them? I kind of like the mods that allow for different ballistic guns.
The evac all isn't necessary...just push tab/shift on computer or R1/L2 on PS4 to switch troops and it skips the animation. Much faster. Unless you just want the aesthetic...then idk why you wouldn't just play the animation on each person. They're taking turns like literally always.
can't you customize the enemies in the game? it would be awesome if you could make your average ADVENT trooper look like a stormtrooper or something else

Hopefully there'll be a full armor mod for the Clone and Storm troopers, perhaps even a gun mod that adds their guns to the game (All balanced accordingly of course)

They look more like quality of life improvements that can improve how you strategically take on enemies as well as some cosmetics, it's not like he's making all hit percentages 100%
