14:46 Strength and conditioner here, talking about golfers elbow (I'll try keep it short and simple!). Golfers elbow happens due to overuse of the tendon. 20 second holds for each stretch (3 sets) - wrist extension & flexion, ulnar nerve slider (protract the scapula to get a deeper stretch). Stop or modify any exercise that's causing pain, leaving golfers elbow unattended can lead to weaker forearm muscles which effects the function of the hand. Ice can be used (don't apply directly, use a towel) to reduce the pain and inflammation. A brace can also be used and provided by the doctor to help ease pain. If the pain continues for over 3 to 6 months, surgery is most likely required. Upon stretching, proceed to strengthening, doing wrist flexion and extension using very light weight (500 g to 1kg) 3 sets of 15. Again do not aggravate the tendon during parkour :D perform strengthening and stretches over the course of 1-2 months. Best of luck!!

Hey Max. Massage from the painful area down your forearm toward your little finger. There are three different muscle groups that connect to that spot on you elbow, by reducing the continuous tension on that area it gets a chance to recover. When it’s feeling a bit better, isolate your forearm and use light hand weights to work your wrist, that will help prevent it coming back. Don’t ignore golfers elbow, I’ve seen it become really debilitating. Love your work lads!
