Yes when they built the ride imagineers decided real bones looked more realistic. They were placed though-out the ride and over time replaced with models that were easier to clean.
By far, this is my favorite ride at WDW. I hope they can spare it from all the woe crap. That will ruin it. I have been known to just go into Magic Kingdom just to ride on it.
Was. They have messed with this masterpiece too many times over the last 25 years. Take out the censorship and movie references, and the ride is perfect again.

@@davidmacias741 The one at Disneyland Paris was the one which has been least affected by changes. I'd advise you to check that one out.

The 90s version before the movie came out was a great time
@Voyagerhq Absolutely. The only alterations I want to see are improvements in technology, like the animatronics and effects.
