I agree- Oliver is focused on the musical and not into the podcast- BUT I think something else will happen to bring him back on board. I think Oliver is in danger. Did we ever find out who poisoned his dog? Mrs Gambolini is very quiet despite living with Oliver
I feel like the cookies are so easy to know he's talking to. I have heard the cookie and twin theory a lot. But typically this show throws curves and it's unpredictable. Every time I think I have all the clues, the next episode comes out and I get a new theory. 😅 But being unpredictable is what I love about this show. ❤️ After watching this episode, I'm scraping my Producers theory, but I am still hoping they include an Easter egg in Broderick's episode. I still think the first death was for the biofilm, but I used to think Ben was in on it, and now I'm not so sure. Tobert is definitely suspicious. I really enjoyed the One Killer Question red hot or red flag game 😂. But it also makes me think he's not the killer because I don't think they would do that if he was. I'm still not ruling out a falling "accident" that mirrors the Theo/Zoe or baby in the lighthouse theory. But Here's my newest wild theory that has little supporting evidence lol: It seems like everyone is hiding something and I think everyone is guilty of something. But it can't just be a total Murder on the Orient Express, soooo... Season 1, we had 1 murderer. Season 2, we had 2 who plotted the murder. Season 3, we have 3 Murderers (or attempted Murderers)! Dun-dun-dun!😅 (Season 4 is when we find out how Howard is connected to all of them- I deleted all my reasoning because it was a long tangent, lol) But with 3 killers we need 3 who's, 3 how's, 3 why's, and 3 why now's. And I don't have that yet, lol.
one idea I have is that I saw Jane Lynch pop up in the trailer. so a stunt double may have been the first to die-stunt is his twin/triplet. the ben that comes back to life said something to his alternate that he'd never let him be his stand in before, but maybe now he will. I wonder if that's because his stand in twin he knows is now dead. ben was vain, and when he had an allergic reaction that makeup wouldn't cover up he sent his brother in his place to perform. I think that's how the first murder occurred, and then the second im still confused lol.
What if the triplets are Ben? One was poisoned so they replaced him with a second triplet. He had the tattoos in the wrong order because he is a different Ben. As for the third, maybe it’s Dickie. Or maybe we haven’t met them yet?
I kinda agree. Ben is triplet one, glen is triplet two and Roy is triplet three. If you look at the babies in the carriages one baby has a red dot on it’s face, just like the Ben who gets killed in the elevator. So let’s say Ben gets poisoned by his jealous brother glen(who has a red birthmark on his face). Glen gets killed by Roy ( a.k.a Dickie- who is their fraternal triplet brother). 🤷♀️just a guess!
There are maternal and fraternal twins, so twins don't have to be identical. Triplets don't have to be identical. Although, two of the 3 triplets can be identical. I think there are triplets, and Dickie is one of them. Ben and the other triplet we haven't seen killed Ben (they were identical), so when "Ben came back to life" it was the other triplet. Then I think Dickie killed the other triplet.
I was thinking that the 3 strollers on the poster is a clue. Could it be 3 killers or possibly 3 deaths? Ben already died twice. Could there be another death? I feel Dickie has feelings for Loretta. I also find it interesting that now that Ben is dead, Dickie is no longer trapped working for him and is free to be an agent for someone else
Ben and Dicke are part of triplets. Ben and the other triplet we haven't seen killed Ben (they were identical), so when "Ben came back to life" it was the other triplet. Then I think Dickie killed the other triplet.
I am replying having watched the White Room episode by now. I think Joy is a red herring, but may have been who Charles meant by 'stay away from her.' (I actually think it was Loretta but that's another thread) I agree with Jennyb about the Theo/Chloe idea, Ben was probably struggling with someone (or people) and fell by accident. But it would not be a 'murder' though would it? I suppose that, like Theo, someone hopes another person is arrested. Dickie would go to prison for Loretta but def NOT the other way around!
Pause at 16:59 anyone else notice this? They’re telling us like they did with Kreps and the ‘corrupt’ sign over his head last season. I think we also need to be looking for clues to the murder in ‘Death Rattle Dazzle’ @BeccaKoblin
The musical and the show definitely have a LOT of parallels. I wonder if when we find out who the murderer is, they will also reveal the killer in Death Rattle Dazzle!
I agree Ben is talking to cookies. But I dont think he is in the room by himself doing so because who would actually have a complete vocal conversation like that as opposed to just be thinking the conversation in your own head? Im guessing there is someone in the room and eggs Ben on like "what do you want to say to the cookies" or "just for me, tell those cookies how you feel". And its not mine, but I agree with those that are saying Ben is part of triplets and then there will be some weak explanation such as, when they were kids it was decided Ben would be the main and the other two would hide in the background and fill in or take parts occasionally. Also explain the 3 different types of tattoos we've seen on Ben. And the Ben that died on stage is Ben, the the Ben that returns is one of the triplets. Also hoping they move off trying to relaunch the musical and focus on the podcast and solving the murder.
I miss the scenes of them recording the podcast and actually talking about it! It is already episode 4 and we haven't really gotten that piece from them.
If you have diabetes, you're best to avoid getting tattoos and piercings on certain areas of your body where there's a risk of poor circulation. Ben's tattoos could be temporary. That would explain why they change positions. I Think Ben's stunt double is wearing a realistic face mask on opening night party. Twins may look alike but they usually have different body languages, mannerisms, facial expressions. When Tobert said "famous star murdered by his biggest fan" I immediately thought of Mabel. Mabel is Ben's superfan! I can see Mabel trying to go out of her way to chit chat with her famous neighbour/get a signed headshot/make a selfie. She is fangirling big time after all. What if stunt double Ben (pretending to be real Ben) tried to sexually harrass Mabel and she pushed him in defense? Mabel is overly excited and thrilled when Ben is around. What if stunt double/evil twin mistook Mabel's intentions for sexual interest and tried to abuse her? Couldn't take no for an answer, thought she was playing hard to get Remember the beginning of the series. Mabel's words "two thousand women report assaults here every year. It's a place that makes you binge dateline to find out how to not end up on dateline." Ghost Ben is the good Ben/childhood crush and she tries to find his poisoner.
I think Mabel is feeling lost, she’s not feeling inspired and she’s burnt out so that’s why that part of her character arch is missing.
I love the idea that she is lost, so she isn't really acting like herself!
I love this show. 😃

@@ΈτσιΓουστάρω-σ6τ oh wow I just thought it was wrapped up with the presumption of Jan poisoning everyone lol
There are still a few loose ends from season 1 that I would love for them to wrap up! Including who poisoned poor Winnie
Mabel is totally depressed, again. No wonder. She found friends who could be her grandpas and had be arrested for homicide. That's a shock.
Who was arrested
I so liked these mention of Grey's Anatomy, while "Jackson" is here now. And then former Jackson talks about Jackson Heights. 😅😂

Loretta is an actress, so she can fake feelings for Oliver. I liked Oliver being dominant forbidding her to leave the show, though!
