Wanted to go up there few days ago but closed for the day due to winds, so I went to check the Skybridge it was cool.
If anyone goes to Gatlinburg I would also recommend if you are interested in any cars you should go to star cars.

That price though. I notice you didn't mention that Astra Lumina is north of $50pp. One could spend most of their vacation budget just at Anakeesta if you've got a family of six.
Thanks for mentioning that. It would be at least $400 just for me and my two sons once you add everything up. Not including food/drinks
Astra Lumina is $15.99 extra per person. My family of four cost about $230 for general admission plus Astra Lumina. Not cheap for sure, but if you spend a whole day there it could be worth it.
I took my family to Anakeesta 7/30/23 plan on being a $500 day for a family of 4 and we didn't go crazy or buy any souvenirs however it is pretty but just not really worth the cost because everything you do is a additional cost felt like a tourist trap but if you go do it in the evening and stay till closing
This place is pretty reflective of a lot of the Gatlinburg attractions as a whole. Overpriced and underwhelming. Throw in the typical parking fees and a la carte rides that you pay for on top of the fee just to get in and it quickly becomes an expensive rip off type of experience. Gatlinburg itself has a scuzzy roadside carnival feel to it as well. Definitely a once and never again place to visit for me. There are worthwhile things to do in the area but I’d be hard pressed to say Gatlinburg (namely things on the strip) is one of them.
@@davidk6204 So, I've enjoyed all my visits to the area but I think you put into words the general feeling I had every time I went....a little overpriced and scammy. Do you have any favorite suggestions in or near the area that you feel are overlooked?

We had our baby who was 3 months at the time in our harness on our chest. But you can bring a stroller.
This was very helpful. I'd love to visit this place when I go to Tennessee this summer. My only concern is the price of admission plus parking which sounds quite steep for something like this. But maybe are hotel will be within walking distance so I won't worry too much about that. But how many hours do you think one would need to experience everything there? 2 to 3 maybe?

We love Anakeesta! Visited last May! Our friend is on the leadership team, and he had us out! We did zip lining, ate lunch! It was amazing!

$10 hot dog and $13 large soft pretzel. Very very expensive as is the whole Gatlinburg area.
Do they allow you to bring drinks or snacks inside the park?
We brought bottle water and snacks for the kids :)

I'm sorry but the 2 hour wait to get up there was awful. Another 2 hour wait for the coaster ride sucked up half our day. My 4 older teens didn't like it at all.
Helpful tip: get express tix online.

Extremely expensive you can get the same views for free. Don't waste your money $$$$$
Took my brother and my sister and brother-in-law and mom there and it is very costly not really worth it and I think you work for them because they wont let people fly drones up there and you have drone footage but I did go back down to the parking garage and fly one of my drones up from down there
Eehhh just went. Overrated and boring
Ok me and my wife went today to anakesta the wait was almost 2 hours we get up we was so disappointed we was looking forward to it the view is beautiful but not alot to do I would not recommend this place do not waste your time or money so many other things to do.
There's really not many other things to do
@SAO_NPC do not waste your time and money the views are beautiful it's terrible not really much to do up there i will never go back.
