- First experience with Grand Oak Padraig after getting a chance to use him in real life applications. He's an incredible support champ and offers a lot to even end game teams.

All these peeps who did the hero path event to get him. And I got him on a random single ancient shard pull I got from the shop for 200k silver a week ago... And to get Harima the same way a couple weeks earlier. I think I used up all my luck this year.

His kit is absolutely amazing. He was a must-get in my book as soon as I read that kit. Ally attack IS NOT a common ability and those who do teamwide ally attack and something else are basically non-existant. You've got Cardiel who is a void lego. You've got Lady Mikage who is relatively new. And you've got Lonatharil who shields and provides damage but neither of those things are amazing utility. Meanwhile Paidraig came with everything including healing destroyed max hp which is more rare than teamwide counter-attack which is crazy to say.

@@bentyler2167 Sorry I didn't state that clearer, I was trying to say the "all ally" ally-attack champs who do something on top of the ally attack ability. Longhorn and kreela (yeah, she's not all allies) don't do anything much except ally attack. Cardiel did. Then lady mikage joined him. Lonatharil is the one that I'm tentatively putting in the group but he has nowhere near the utility of the other 2 and I'm not really sure if damage can be counted as utility especially since you can get some damage on the other 2.

Yep great luck i can't deny - i have been very active for 3.5 years now, so i do have more opportunities to get resources and then get lucky - but of course getting champs is never a certainty.

I primarily use mine in hydra/ fire knight but occasionally slot into live arena for that quick ally attack if i feel I need to go first
He has replaced Elva everywhere she was on my account. I was stuck at 25m on NM hydra. Padrig in reflex, the owl in hex, Gnut, and 3x epics (uggo, husk, and Shammel) did 125M. Husk A1 taunt with Padrig ally attack is cheating. Incredible champ.
nice. i've ran similar teams for a long while as well. epics are great for NM as long as buff/debuffs are managed well. GG

@@knyght1074 no, you have to take out decay as priority. If Gnut misses attack down on wrath you have to tread lightly until he gets around to it.
I put phantom touch on him for low blessing level, all for kireknight sheild depletion!! If it was 6 star. I would go brimstone for hydra
i cracked 14 sacreds, and some soulstones, and some ancients for the change
i saw his kit and grabbed him (i didn't even do the armanz fusion)
took 20 minutes xD

he's awesome in many areas

ya he's maybe best champ for wave control, but whatever, there's other champs for that, it's fine, fusions are 2 weeks of stress, i only bother for ones i really want
Team him up with Little Miss Annie ally attack with another single attack nuker one shot kills. Build him in 8 piece Protection. Awesome!
He's a beast. The A1 is crazy.

Amazing champ, I picked him up during the path event myself. I'm baffled as to why you took Exalt in Death over Lay on Hands. I'm hoping he can help me be able to clear FK10 hard, but I haven't quite made it there yet =/. Mikage still eludes me and I don't have double Gnut, so it's going to be rough.
Longb, cardiel, lonathril will work for ally attacker. You can use yakarl or criodan to stop the TM. Double nut just faster but single can do fk10
I pulled all in for the 2x mythicals chance and didn't get any mythical champ, but I got him and I'm happier than getting a low tier mythical tbh. With him and Archer my Hydra teams will really get boosted. Now I only nerd to farm some proper gear 😅

He opened up FK H10 for me 1:30 seconds glad I went for him but I got for everything cause who knows if they get a buff one day.
I'm thinking that full retaliation set with revenge accessories would be great for him... High speed and a little tanky from there and he's good imo

Also have him high speed with some resistance. Been pairing him in Arena with Armanz, giving him the increased Accuracy buff. He's a menace. I also like the damage flexibility in live arena, where going Arbiter my keep you from using defense based nukes.

He is hands down the best arena speed lead… he boosts TM, and places Inc attack on your attack based nukers, increase defense on your defense baseless nukers, and increase accuracy on your debuffers…. Then his next turn he follows up with the ally attack,
I run Padrig -> Armanz -> Lydia -> Leo… my armanz is 750 Acc, with Inc Acc that’s 1175… no one resists him, if I win the speed race, I win the battle…
his speed lead is for dungeons...

@@wumboshorts I'm guessing he uses Armanz as the aura but had Padraig as the champ that takes the first turn on his team.
@@danielstark6170 sheep someone first with Armanz, 50% of the others will get their stone skin buffs removed, and then take it from there…

He gives himself inc acc so brimstone is fine on him with just great hall acc and area bonuses.

i dont have that 9pc set to test even. perhaps a 4+4 would work. 9pc protection set is likely the best set on him though
