Securing financial freedom demands good planning and as a business person proper awareness and workshops should be considered and carried out. It could be from a well established professional who carries the Interest of the client at heart and always ready to attend to the immediate challenges
It is an aspect that one should consider important. And no matter the level of your earnings remember there is always a retirement age if you don't invest the funds properly it won't generate more funds and diminishing will set in which is a total mismanagement of the funds .
One has to be very decisive in taking decisions that will Influence investment because at the end there will always be two results either positive or negative. I know we all want positive results but what are the things we put in place to achieve these results.

- researching
- reading journals
- paying attention to good content like this and applying them when,where and how it should be.
These has been the lesson and approach my adviser JASON HERMAN PIERCE carefully pointed out which has really help me progress and see great deal of profits. It is something one should pay attention to and learn
Nevertheless I have learnt so much about different portfolios from the dude and the level of positive returns from all the signals he guided me to take are actually awesome looking at the time frame and returns .

At least you are telling people the truth, some guys pretend to be "experts" yet they are telling people MMF are completely risk free. You are one of the real ones out here and your advice is also topnotch 🙌🏽 Be blessed for that. I have a question though...the 15% withholding tax, is it taxed monthly or annually or when withdrawing only?

What's the comparison between the ROI on SACCOs and MMFs?
My Sacco for instance paid us dividends worth 10.5% on deposits and 13.5% on the share capital. After all deductions ie government taxes and management fee in a MMF, which one pays more?

Given MMFs return 7-10 percent annually in Kenya why would one still invest in equities? Global equity index returns about 7 percent annualized but with more volatility.
