It's insane how we've reached the end of NF 2024 season! I still remember when "Mon amour"... No! I still remember when Mustii was announced as first ESC 2024 artist way back in August 2023! As someone, who's watching Eurovision since 2014, this year is the first one when I fully experienced NFs (watching them) and new songs being released. Now we look forward for pre-parties and the main show in May!
I've been watching for a similar amount of time and this year is the first I've actually watched the NFs properly too! Can't believe we've reached the end already
Lithuania will be my favorite reaction because, he was so happy and a little bit emotional aswell. The 1 minute hug with Monika was adorable and the whole public where singing aling with him. I was emotional when he won and it still give me goosebumps everytime i watch it again!🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🤗🤗🤗🤗
Norway was my favorite by far, not just because it's my favorite song in Eurovision this year, but also because it was only 6 points between "Ulveham" & "Damdiggida" & I wasn't even sure if "Ulveham" had won, until I saw the reaction. Nearly gave me a heart attack.
medina just being happy for m&m and going to hug them was so sweet!! apart from that, gåte, silvester and baby lasagna all had such sweet reactions, such a good nf season 🤩
I mean, for Medina That's also because they got literally no chances to win when M&M needed 20 pts so, it was like 99,9% of chances they win lol So, That's why I love the moment when they limit congratulate them before they announce the score lol

The margin was too big already. - Malta: She only needed 2 points and was easily getting them. - Ukraine: Jury would've had to tank them. - Croatia: Only 9 points needed ‐ again, easy. TOO EASY considering THAT landslide, like 🤯 - Sweden: Televote results weren't even needed, it was clear after the jury vote already. - Serbia & Portugal: Announcing the 12 points by the televote was just mandatory at that point as it was impossible to beat them. Moldova was BS in my opinion. Why does jury break the tie?
I heard that a lot of Anti-Princess' televote points were actually fake (she bought them). I think the broadcaster has said a quarter of her votes (which were still counted for some reason), came from illegitimate, not currently valid phone numbers. A large amount apparently also came from random countries like Barbados or something. Probably good she didn't end up going to Eurovision.

Unpopular opinion, but Windows95man losing his mind at winning was so incredibly joyous! (take Sarah Siipola out of the equation and you know it is true!)
The stage, the music, the orchestra, the vocals, the fashion... It is too difficult to make comparisons, since the Sanremo Festival (spelled all attached) is the oldest in the world, in a nation that has an exaggerated musical (and artistic) heritage. In Italy, the Teatro Ariston (very small but traditional venue for the Festival) is considered a temple of music, and the scariest stage for any artist of any level. And so many great songs travelled all over the world starting from that stage. We'll see what it's like the next time Italy hosts Eurovision, though, because fans are very demanding, and the things that didn't work in Turin 2022 continue to resonate with those who are most critical, not least because it is seen as one of Italy's weaknesses. The fact is that Italy has never conformed to ESC, and in the end it is better that way, because it's Sanremo's independence what makes it on another level. As everybody knows, it's not a selection for ESC, the Festival is the country's biggest event for the community. It's not perfect, there is always something that goes wrong, but it's a real part of the local culture. The stage got be fancy and the audience have to stay quiet, because the contest is taken seriously and everybody deserves to enjoy the same theatrical experience they live in the Ariston. The tickets are pretty expensive, but one can't go to the toilet during the show… if a seat remains empty during the live broadcast, it is filled by special extras LOL it sounds crazy, but I would love so much to attend the Festival once
