Follow these steps
Step 1: Download the Diffex from this link civitai.com/models/192131 and UNZIP the folder. It should look like C:\diffexDesktopUIFor_v151. You can extract on C: or any other drive.
Step 2: Launch animatediff-installer.bat . It will install the dependencies
Step 3: Once the installation is complete, Launch Diffex as Administrator. Right click on Diffex.exe and select "Run as administrator".
Step 4: Click on LINK button on top-right. Then click on Browse button against AnimateDiff and select the ""animatediff-cli-prompt-travel" folder. Then click Apply button at bottom and close the dialog. A tick button should appear next to LINK button.
Now you can use the software

After following the steps make sure you download the dependencies like models, motion module, etc..

Now when I add a video it gives me the error FileNotFoundError: [WinError 2] The system cannot find the file specified

Q: AssertionError: Torch not compiled with CUDA enabled.
A: It is likely a mismatch between your current version of Python (3.10.11 recommended) and CUDA (11.8 recommended). A quick fix is to place this bat file in the animatediff-cli-prompt-travel folder and running it.

Did you downloaded in "Downloads" or "Documents" folder. If yes put it in different folder. The application need to run with admin permissions for the first time.

Please copy the errors here as shown in Log.
