How about a few Christmas meads? Make a cranberry mead, a gingerbread mead and maybe a pine mead. You make it now and let it sit for six months and have the first teaste at the Gift exchange.
making flavored mead is really easy, strawberry, chocalte, marshmellow, pumkin etc, the thing is many try to be a purist and end up with somehing real good or real bad. anyone who understands wine kits knows that most flavored wine is just grape wine wih the flavoring added as a back sweetner. So if you want to make a flavored mead like smores mead, the easiest way it to make pure mead, when its done back sweeten it with smores flavored coffee sweetner (torani, davinci, tonnin, starbucks etc) it come out great and they make so many flavors the options are many. the nice thing is these coffee flavoring syrups are clear and your mead stays cleared. i have done pumkin, cucpcake, cookie dough, strawberry, chocalate, white chocalate, etc meads.
The fact that these guys power through all of the negativity is just uplifting. I just wish that they listen to some criticism from time to time. And I mean actual criticism, not spammers or just random dislikers.

The mead videos just have a certain feel that I, as an older fan who's grown up watching you guys and now 21, really enjoy and feel comfortable watching (unlike the Toy Chest series, no offense). Videos like these show that you're not forgetting the older audience, basically.

i have not made one yet but i have been told a bochet (mead made with caramelized/burnt honey) tastes a lot like toasted marshmallows. i would imagine if you added some cocoa nibs to one in secondary you would get more of a smores flavor
colton langley cocoa nibs are high in fat, the ethanol from the mead would react with it and in essence you get a seperation. Done that thats how i know.

when the honey is hard in the container like that if you microwave for a few seconds soften it and back up or if you put the container in a bowl of hot water will help that too

Adding marshmallows is a bit of a strange idea since they're made of gelatin sugar and eggs when the marshmallow flavor you're going for is mostly vanilla.
I actually love these mead videos so much. It's so interesting and when the mead is done and they try it, it's so fun to see their reactions.
