The nurse hit my vein and blood was on my sheets and floor. Not once did housekeeping clean my room. I wasn't given a gown, hairrush or anything. Rooms have chalkboards on wall. She wrote my name as little miss Iwannagohome. Upon discharge I went to pt advocate. Wearing my blood clothes. Know What happened? They told nurse she shouldn't have done that.....

A person who they use because they know they are not there. You were managed out of your services and out of that building.
FOIA her personnel file, performance reviews, educational transcripts, resume, supervisor of record and their point of contact information. The FOIA will redact her PII but it would be interesting to so who they’re hiring. These front office employees power trip and are difficult for no reason.

Just to make sure I actually went to the VA app and found when I got mine it was in 2022 and my vhic expires in 2032 that's a period of 10 years. If you have a vhic you can either renew it or it's probably still good. In fact the nice lady at the window could probably help you with renewing or getting one which I think would streamline getting through your VA adventures
@@jdkeyes2000 they can’t help renew the ID at that facility. The online renewal portal is broken and is a known issue. The closest facility that does ID renewals is over 150 miles away (over 300 miles round trip). We’ve asked the patient advocate, social worker, and the VIST to help renew the ID. It should be a simple matter, but things seldom are with the VA.

Having a photo ID. This could be a passport, the driver's license, a state ID, of voting ID, it concealed carry permit with picture on it, any of the above would have been enough. Although the easiest one would be the veterans affairs on veterans health information card which are free once you qualify for veterans healthcare. It has your name your member ID your plan ID whether your service connected and your picture. If you had handed a vhic to the nice lady and confirmed by simple numbers even whispered numbers if you don't want someone to hear that you really are you you would have been logged right in.
