Sir Ive read and listened to many many books in my 32 years and i have not been so invested and enjoyed one this much in quite a long time. The characters were so easy to become enraptured with and you did it in such a quick and intense way that im blown away at your talent. You are great and when I found that there were all these books in the setting of Levanthria and with the same narrator I felt blessed. My birthday is on the 26 of this month and I tell you I feel these stories are like a gift. Thank you Sir for they are inspiring and just bloody great. youve gained an avid lifelong fan.God bless you and your family.
I bought the book and am waiting for it to come. I haven’t read the series or even heard of it, but I was looking for heist plots to read for my own writing development, and stumbled upon this and it spoke to me. Enjoying this as a preview but can’t wait to read it.
Awesome story. I love these characters they're so awesome and colorful. Each different and unique in their own way. Can't wait for the next one to come out
An isolated inventor burdened by loss. Can his newfound invention bring justice or will it plunge the kingdom into chaos? Morvin Torhold has spent years in solitude, haunted by the death of his wife and son in the Great War. A dwarven inventor, he channels his grief into creating something extraordinary: a unique powder that powers a weapon unlike any ever seen in Levanthria. Just when Morvin resigns himself to a life of lonely obscurity, a charismatic mage appears with a tempting offer. A path to vengeance against the one person he blames for his family’s death-the king himself. All he needs to do is help the mage and his motley crew of outcasts infiltrate the heavily-guarded royal base deep within Zorubia. The goal? Nothing short of regicide. As Morvin grapples with the morality of assassinating a ruler, he must also navigate the complexities of working with a group of societal misfits. Will they become Levanthria's most wanted heroes or its most notorious criminals? "A House Of Powder And Plot" is a fast paced, heist adventure set in the Tales of Levanthria fantasy-retelling series. If you're captivated by morally complex heist stories, jaw-dropping inventions, and underdog tales of vengeance, you won’t be able to put down A.P Beswick's latest narrative.
Excellent story and narrator - I'm not really one for fantasy books but I'm glad I found this .... Works just fine as a stand alone story ... now to go back to the start of the playlist ....... ;
Excellent book and narration. Shame I listened to this book first! Oh well, start at the beginning I guess. Thank you for posting your work. A swashbuckling adventure of the highest quality
@@a.p_beswick_author Thanks! I find I am more apt to click on and listen to an audiobook if I have an idea what it’s about. This one looks fun! In my ears for heavy house cleaning today. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
@thetruth156real3 not quite. But if he invented a wireless telecommunications device and called it a mobile phone, I could accept that. If a cell phone showed up randomly then I would agree with you. Apples and oranges, by the way. You're complaint is words that you believe shouldn't exist, not objects. River rocks blow up if put in a fire, surely this concept would exist in that world. By that logic, explosions exist. Maybe not that particular word for it, but nonetheless.
@@matthiasthulman4058 Thank you for agreeing with me,,,,in the end. The story also says the mage had travelled for weeks to find the Dwarf as they were interested in his powder that he had only developed successfully days before. So I presume they can see into the future as well.

A dwarf protagonist makes my heart sing. Thanks for the book! :)
The narrator really brings this great story to life.
Agreed.

This is my favorite book in the series you are great at writing.

From one author to another I have to subscribe and say hello! I love your stuff ❤
Great story!!
This is an amazing story and reader
Enjoyed it a cross between lord of the rings and king Arthur
Great book, but I'm getting ads every 3-5 minutes.
I'm an hour and a half in and haven't gotten any ads.
No ads for me either... ?
It would be helpful if you could include the book’s back page synopsis in the video description.
Hi there I have added it and pinned the comment ☺️

I feel bad for ziara shes slowly going mad
The ads every few minutes is ruining the book
Can’t listen to this anymore, how did they have names for explosion, recoil, and pistol if he had only just invented gun powder?
You can suspend disbelief for dwarves, but not for potentially anachronistic nomenclature.
Seems legit
@@matthiasthulman4058 So using your logic, you would be quite happy with a Sherlock Holmes using a mobile phone.

@thetruth156real3 it was the mobile phones, that's how the mage knew lol
I couldn't get into the story either, so there's that
