In the original silent hill they tell you where the box is after they give you the questions. I actually passed by this box but forgot about it before going into the elevator. Thankfully nothing much was missed. I am playing on normal and am stacked on healing items.
Yeah, many of us missed it. This version makes zero effort to tell you where to go to even open the box. The original version was much better, because it literally tells you where to go and it is in a new room that you have not yet explored yet that is literally on your way out anyway. In this version, it is just hidden in some room that you already fucking explored, and you have no reason to go back to it and no means of even finding it unless you already looked it up and know where it is for this version.
yeah.. it's one of the things I liked from the original. quizzers voice in the original was infinitely more creepier, while the remake just sounds like typical demonic voice

No, you didn't. The chances of you just randomly entering the right code off the rip are literally 10,000,000 to 1. You absolutely did NOT do that, you are a liar and a clown.
@@hurtnem76 It's 1 chance in 27 to get it right by pure luck. I believe more than 27 people have tried to guess randomly, so it doesn't seem unlikely to me. Unlikely things happen sometimes, that's how probability works. And I don't think OP would get anything from lying about it either.
In the original, this box was very easy to spot; because it was literally in the very next room and you absolutely cannot miss it. In this version, it is incredibly easy to miss; because you have to go back to a room that you already fucking explored; which makes zero sense. The game makes zero effort into telling you that it is in the Pharmacy, which is a room that you have already explored at this point. I endes up missing this and it pissed me off because I needed that fucking ammo.
There’s a subtle clue about it that I picked up on after the fact. But also, once the building changes, ammo and meds respawn so it’s worth it to explore every room again, that’s the only reason I found it lol
There's a tombstone at the docks after Rosewater park where it says the number of victims. In the Wood Side Apartments there's an article in one of the the rooms that talks about the victim names and you can see the name of the road on the map of the town by yourself.
and I’m glad to be honest, I missed the box since I didn’t know you had to go back to that room to find it. Glad I don’t have to start the game over to get it

I like to image the "in sickness or in health" phrase was intended as a tip that it was the pharmacy, idk I know it might be a reach.

I had to cheat, I rarely read letters and stuff for info and if I do I forget
I remember reading the article about the murders in the apartment but quickly forgot about the specifics. Didn’t know there was gonna be a quiz 😅
