Well this movie got a critics score of 72% and an audience score of 95% on Rotten Tomatoes which wasn't that bad tho. It's a pretty good movie, Eddie and Felicity's chemistry was on point
Parents were watching this, walked in partway through and kept intending to leave the room but I got so much more enamored with this movie than I expected and never could. I'm so glad I stayed, it's stellar and I am fucking SOLD on Felicity Jones, she's brilliant and is the reason this movie was awesome, along with some stupid pretty shots and camerawork.
Amelia Wren never existed, but Henry Coxwell did. It was 2 men that went up in the balloon, not 1 man and 1 woman. Another example of rewriting history according to a specific ideology (feminism).

Definitely worth a watch. Saw it a few days ago, not in the mood for period drama, but it hooked me in and some scenes like this are transfixing.
Wish I saw it in theaters.
