rat dep and well explained. I have tried some of your tips and it immediately helped me a lot. Especially the power has improved dramatically. cam on anh Ti Long
True Backhand Topspin Power is one of the hardest strokes to achieve ( in my opinion ) . You have put ALL the components togther as only YOU can .Knowledge is one thing teaching that knowledge is a Gift .You hsve been Blessed with that Gift . May You and Your Family Enjoy Health, Peace and Wealth. What's the best to contact you for equipment and training.?
His feet should be parallel, why is he keeping the left leg in front? Backhand is played in front of the body so the feet must be level, parallel. Sometimes the right leg is in front so you can hit more powerful, if you have time, but the left leg is never ever in front. Example of this poor legs position: 13:10
That guy has a very prominent forehand grip, therefore the racket is way too open to hit the ball properly. Doing this technique means you send the ball very faster over the net, it doesn't get very spinny...so even it is against backspin, the racket has to be closed a little bit...depending on the quality of the backspin ball. I really like the video because it has all aspects in it to do it right...but you have to switch to backhand grip or need a flexible wrist.
I feel like im in the training. Thanks coach Ti Long!
Rất hay. Bất cứ món gì, nghệ gì cũng không thể đạt tới đỉnh cao nếu không có triết lý. Cám ơn bạn đã giải thích vấn đề một cách triết lý và dễ hiểu
I love the way you taught to increase the speed of backhand. I will definitely give it a try tomorrow. Will let you know.
