    How is the $24,000 "Rental Rebate Available" calculated in cell E11. I understand it is the Provincial portion of the HST but what is the formula to calculate the rebate? Thanks.

    Hi Cherry, love your channel. Quick question. Is the self assessment only applicable to Corporations or even applicable to personally owned? Also, what if the corporation is not GSt registered?

    Great video! Do yo mean 4 units or more, or MORE than four units (i.e. 5 or more units)? I think yo’ve said both.

      It’s at least 4, so minimum number of units is 4 for the building to qualify
