Awesome tip. Makes u know intensity is much more important than i thought. I try to get a 2nd tactic but just based on countering but not knowing this is way more key to succes.
You can save the team instructions as custom Tactical Styles rather than using slots. this then can be changed at anytime during a game or you can set up match plans to let it change automatically. Loved the tips from this man!!

heya fella hope alls good and your keeping well and safe 😷 i came across your streams last week and im hooked ! great work, im currently watching the journeyman save from FM21 where you started in turkey then travelled to slovakia ( no spoilers havent got any further yet lol ) atm i have FM22 beta and all im using it for atm is to set up all logos,kits etc.....but one thing im really struggling with is to find a custom to so i have mini stadiums on club info page, now looking at your skin on this journeyman save its excatly what im looking for, my question is where do i get it from, is it capatible with 15inch laptop screen at 1080p and would this custom skin be capatiable with FM22, if you could drop me a line id be very gratefull, take it easy and please please.....drop another journeyman for FM on full release im hooked ! 🤘
Jason thank you so much for this comment my man! The stadiums were part of a background pack I got from sortitoutsi website. I'm sure it'll work with 22, it's a big file so takes while. A new journeyman may well happen when the full game comes out dude because I loved last year's series. Thanks again

Definitely going to try this with my Arsenal save! How would you set up against a tough opponent/tough away game, would start aggressive and drop off like usual or would you start less aggressive?
For mirror strategy, by logic you may need to have your team set up on the back though, like 4 or 5 backline with defend mentality plus 2 dm if needed and then tiki taka between them all while using time wasting instruction set to full and also prefer passing than dribbling the ball around, hopefully the opposition would be stupid enough to chase the ball and tire themselves by the 2nd half and from there you switch the full throttle gegenpress attack mode on and hopefully destroy them.
Yeah, you see a lot of tactic vids where their selling point is "look at this 8-1 win" and my first thought is that at 2-0 (or at most 3-0), I'd be trying to just keep the ball for the rest of the game.

True mate true. I do a slot so the team can get a bit more familiar with it in training 👍 actually doing a mini vid on tactical styles soon

Well... this explains why I've lost a host of leads late and my players are dead.
I was literally lookin for exactly this! I was tryin a few different things to deal with it, didnt realize to drop the press as much as u recommened

You could try flipping it yeah. That would be an interesting thought process definitely worth a try
