This is such a GREAT idea! I'm all about organizing and have struggled with creating a process to help me grow my Etsy shop. It's so disorganized right now and it overwhelms to the point of not wanting to do it because I don't know where to start! Thank you as always for great content!

This makes me so happy Michele - its such a simple tool but it helps more than you can imagine, and having the structure to see a whole project like an Etsy store, and then take little bites out of it - it's what stops me from getting completely overwhelmed! Do you have any productivity tips - I would love to know?
@@ThatJessaB thank you! I have ADD (really bad) and my brain needs me to be organized so that I can actually create! Over the years, I've developed a pretty good system for organizing my art files into categorized folders. I use Adobe Bridge to view my files when designing. I use to dump them in a few folders and it was a mess! I'm in your Facebook group...it might be a good idea if we could all share our tips/tricks using screenshots. I always love seeing how others implement systems such as what you showed in your video in order to be more productive! Just a thought!

What's your best productivity tip - I know you love batching as well!
@@ThatJessaB having deadlines to do things otherwise I tend to get distracted... plus I like to have a specific focus each day. For instance, Monday is traffic day - so all tasks relate to driving more traffic, Tuesday to Thursday are money making tasks - so creating products, Friday is operations day - so admin stuff. This keeps me organised!

@@ThatJessaB it allows you to zone in better on a specific area... so on traffic days that covers pinterest, TH-cam, emails, funnels, etc. So one week on a Monday I might create and schedule a month of content, next week I might work on landing pages and email sequences, etc. 👌

@@ThatJessaB I just try to plan ahead what I need to do that day and do 1 type of task at a time. I love your system of keeping track on a google sheet!

Hi Jessa - wow, that was helpful - thank you! One question - when working through the spreadsheet you set up as an example in the video, would you design all of the invitations in the 10 different designs, then all the details cards etc. Or, would you do all the different items (invite, details, menu etc) in the first design, then all different items in the second design etc? Hope that makes sense!
So what I do is go through first and do the very first collection - its always a minimal one so I can use it as a template for the rest. Then I go through and design just the invite for all the collections so I know what they look like. Finally I will go through product by product, by collection so do all the leaves style ones for example then move to the next :)
