    I like how you highlighted the sense of power and control within readers, when Wiley says "...and *your* council feels this is the way to achieve it." I just picked it up and It kinda makes sense how readers would feel somewhat elated and happy...
    Anyways, this was an informative and a helpful vid as usual.

    I think that by saying “fellow residents” she’s bringing herself down to the same level as the readers and reminding them that she, not only is the mayor but she’s also a resident just like them, trying to make them feel included that she cares about the town just as much as they do. That’s my take anyway, thank you for the video!

    hi, I was looking at your blog (really helpful by the way), and saw you looked into Year Of Wonders, but was wondering if you could do some more information on this. I have to compare this book to the crucible and was looking for more examples then what was in your original video.
