This is an extended version of the "Kata Training Theme" from the movie « Karate Kid 3 » (1989) by Bill Conti. I have also improved the sound to make it more clear and sound a bit better. This theme has also already have been heard in the 1st movie.

With all due respect for Cobra Kai, but Karate Kid is just in another level. So far, I love cobra kai, but Karate Kid just makes me so nostalgic, remembering Mr Miyagi and his amazing lessons, Daniel and his love for his sensei. This music man, it makes me remember the father-son relation these two had. RIP Pat Morita, I wish you were still here.

I disagree, a thought series can really delve into the character over many hours instead of a 90 minute film. Cobra Kai is fabulous.

Of all the work in the world, this is possibly (and quite actually) my most favourite piece of music, ever. The new arrangement is exquisite. I cannot find fault with it. The goosebumps on my entire body just now as I listened were so pronounced and sustained you could have sanded a wooden table. For those who think I’m new to this music, I was born in the 70’s and my favourite film of all time is karate kid. I was at the beach yesterday at sunset and put this on. Bravo Mr. Nuytens

@@richie_williams Hello. Oh, haha. Thanks! I have actually put 2 tracks together to make the whole thing sounds like there was no cut between them. Then, I remastered it, removed some hiss, powered up the sound with more sharpness and gain. No re-recording, it's the original music.

Excellent work! I really don't understand why Leo Birenberg & Zach Robinson won't even touch Bill Conti's themes and motifs for Cobra Kai. Imagine how more emotional the scenes would be if we heard this theme, or even the main theme for God's sake in the show.
They did it once last season (or was it first season?) but it was very short and subtle and only for one short scene. If I remember well it was when Daniel trained Robby around the lake.

I had a Kundalini awakening in 2013 after possibly the most turbulent time in my life. I grew up watching these movies. Anyone who has experienced the pinnacle of these awakenings, you're often in a meditative state to where your connection to all your surroundings is just overwhelming yet complete bliss and sometimes you hear music. I shit you not, this song was playing in my head.
