www.dropbox.co... is a link to a widescreen patch for Mario Party 8. Drag and drop your ISO on the bat file to be produced to patch with the WBFS file being the patched rom.

Got it to load right in usbloadergx by deleting the original and it looked great! Until I got to the first mini game and the mini game description page freaked out and went off center and the game became unplayable. Any suggestions on what I did wrong and how to fix it?
Look, you are avoiding me, I need you to look at the problem in Bowser's Warped Orbit and fix it because there are millions of people who will do Star Battle Arena in Widescreen and will hate that it crashes at the end of their speedrun.
A workaround for the Special Bonus crash that I found is to get the opponent down to two stars (via Bowser or a Bullet Bill candy), and then use a Bowser candy to steal the last two stars. This way, you skip the Special Bonus event and the game doesn't crash.
Why wasn’t it like this in the first place, it didn’t bother me as a kid, but just never got why if the menu are wide screen, the games should be too.

This mod doesn't work for me at all. I've tried different versions. With v1.2, nothing happens, and with v1.1, I just get the blue borders.

I had to modify the batch script to make this work.
Change this line: set originalISO=%~1
------------->To this: set originalISO=%~dpnx1

Read something in the desc about a bat file. Maybe you need to open that? Unsure because i have not tried this for myself yet but its worth a go.
