They should make the PS2 version look like this in Widescreen, as well as having that port with better higher graphics and higher frame rates that could possibly lead to a potential PS4 & PS5 re-released through emulation.

I just want to say I've been using your widescreen hacks for awhile and I appreciate all of the work you do in getting these older games running in widescreen! You are truly an unsung hero!

I’m playing this on my Wii and the final cutscene before the credits in the hero story freezes before it switches to the fmv of sonic giving a thumbs up.

I'm surprised this blocks off multiplayer mode. That's literally *the* mode that lets you play on one screen, would be perfect for this 16:9 enhancement.

I know this is an old video but is there a way to make an ultrawide mod so that the game fills up both screens? And possibly even remove the gap between the cameras? That would make this game perfect on the PC

This was game was actually designed for Gamecube but was ported to Wii since that was the newest system.

Is there a version of this mod for PAL ? Cause maybe i could get this working on my PAL Wii if there was a PAL version of this mod

if anyone is a total noob like me wondering how to install this patch- 1. Go into Dolphin and right click your game from the directory 2. Click "Convert File..." 3. Change format to ISO 4. Click convert 5. Download Xdelta UI from the internet 6. Install and open Xdelta UI 7. Set patch file as the one downloaded from this video's description 8. Set source file as the ISO file you just converted 9. Set Output file by pressing the three little dots. Put your file name as whatever you want BUT you MUST put .iso at the end of it or it won't work. 10. Put the patched .iso file back in your dolphin directory folder, replacing your current game file. 11. Enjoy! 🎉

Thank you for this I have been using the 16:9 code on the dolphin wiki for years, but it has black boarders when going on and out of buildings and some wiredness with buildings in the next acer loading, so this fixed both out of curiosity what other differences are there? I see the speech bubbles, are way smaller.
