I'm new to Dale and I've already noticed he seems to just habitually make it diamond just long enough to be reminded he's a total scrub and get kicked right back out, maybe even down to gold. Then he slowly grinds his way back up, banning people that kick his ass and farming scrubs that will let him spam from from screen, makes it to diamond and gets destroyed again and kicked right back out. Rinse and repeat.
Some say that someone is boosting dale up off stream that's why he keep getting back up to diamond rank on street fighter 6.

I do understand fighting games though, and as I've learned the basics from videos, as well as the afore mentioned fighting game knowledge and it's easy to see why he's going to stay in platinum from a long time. He has his character, he has his two combos and will spam them against curated opponents he can easily cheese, blocks those who can get around his nonsense and eventually he hits diamond where the players in there are absolutely the kinds that can effortlessly get past his scrubbiness and hand Dale his ass.

1. Start Match
2. Proceed to get booty busted expeditiously
3. Rage quit at varying stages of the match
4. Check chat to see who notices how Ass he is at the game, and subsequently bans them
5. Create an insult/ excuse to explain why he just can’t seem to win
6. Proceed to shit talk to game and specific characters in the game because he can’t win against them
