All the Iron Maiden I know is from MTV. I was never a fan (they seemed like a band for boys/men…)…but I always listened when they came on (I was in my Adam Ant era…) & liked the songs..I was a punk rocker at the time…so the heaviness never bothered me. This is pretty melodic thou’…I never forgot the song…From the magical music period of 1978-1982…whatta time for music!! 🤘🏽🎸❤️🔥🥳🏃♀️💨
Yeah, Iron Maiden definitely had a unique sound that appealed to a lot of people, even if they seemed more geared towards a male audience. It's cool that you were into punk rock at the time but could still appreciate their music. The late 70s and early 80s were definitely a magical time for music with so many iconic bands and songs coming out. It's great to look back on that era and remember all the amazing music that was being created.
Yes, they did land under bubble gum metal Yet Watermelon bubblicious was fun! The flavor ran out quickly but we could blow pretty big bubbles with two pieces of gum. 🧼🧼 😁 MTV would not have been the same without iron maiden... Love The whining guitars and Wawa bars... the drummer was pretty good. Fun music.
They told me I was a copycat because that format had already been used. Despite their criticism, I believed that my unique perspective could breathe new life into the familiar structure. I was determined to prove them wrong by infusing my own creativity and style into the established format. As I worked on my project, I focused on adding innovative elements that would set it apart from the previous version.
@@bloodlraynerules Well I’ve seen a ton of those “others” and YOUR’S is the only one I sub, like and comment on so you must be doing something that I like! 🤘
Fun song!
This was a great era.
All kinds of music coming and going in the early eighties.

Iron Maiden was one of those bands that I listed under Bubble Gum Metal. 😁 But still a fair band.

I like the new beginning… I was worried, thought it was gonna stay that way.
You know how I love the green on black!
Also… the song is a HOMERUN!
