    I have a question
    If I want to analyze correlation between results and attitudes, what do I need to do first?
    And the attitude is divided into 3 sections: difficultly , important and interest.
    I collect the attitude data through ratings scale.
    Please help me!!

    Thanks for the video. I have two instruments in likert scales, with different number of variables and different data sizes, how can I correlationate this. Thanks.

    Thank you. Don’t we have to convert them into their mean value for correlation?

      Welcome 😊
      We group/sum up data when there are different questions in one likert scale and as a whole we want to analyze those with some other variable.

    I am a social sciences research, from the department of English, Linguistic. Actually i have collected the data through survey questionnaire which contains 23 item different in options. Like i have likert scale for 15 items. For the 8 ones i have different options. But now this js not exactly the problem. I never have done quantitative analysis. Now its in spss. I don't know which technique i need to apply for the analysis in spss

    Thank you for this video. If a questionnaire consists of likert scale questions measuring level of agreement to a statement, is it possible to use a chi squared test in order to find potential relationships between different variables?

    • @dr.sumeetbakshi
      @dr.sumeetbakshi  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You’re welcome!!
      For ordinal data, you can use chi square test.
      For details of ordinal data , please watch th-cam.com/video/lkaBgpOfNjg/w-d-xo.html

    If I have one Likert Scale variable (ordinal) and other variable is Nominal then which test am I supposed to apply?

    • @dr.sumeetbakshi
      @dr.sumeetbakshi  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Instead of correlation, you can find association between a nominal and ordinal variable using chi square test.
      Hope this helped!!
