People recommend the left hand demo tree because they're normally talking about 6p HoE where without that damage he doesnt perform as well against larges as he needs that damage. In solo the big zeds have way less HP (6p is about 3x as much hp) so you could even stay as firebug and grab a RPG and it'd be just as effective. As a result the right tree on demo is basically the same as picking survivalist since none of the kill thresholds change (you'd need to pick bombardier to make the RPG 1 tap FP's and it already 1 taps scrakes off perk in solo - armour piercing rounds isnt doing anything with your weapon set up here) so you'd be trading 10% passive damage (negligible), reactive armour and the door weld trap for 25% damage resistance, 25% more armour, 75% reload speed in zed time, 35% swap speed and his level 10 perk choice for either more healing or more survivability from melee weapons. The direct impact damage is dealt REGARDLESS of whether the projectile explodes or not. You just need to land a direct hit. Which when going for a headshot is much easier to do at close range when dealing with a projectile that is slow moving and not the most accurate. The reason the RPG is so good is because Scrakes have a low resistance specifically to the RPG dud and take 4x damage from it (1x damage from all other direct impact and 0.25x damage from explosions). Even if you didnt go for headshots you kill it in 2 rockets same as the FP without bombardier.
@@wezaatzk You're welcome. If theres anything you are ever unsure of the big doc of everything should have you covered. docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1GDpg2mN1l_86U_RaDug0glFx8cZCuErwxZLiBKl9SyY/edit#gid=2068776317 Theres also a lot of test maps on the workshop to double check anything for yourself.
One more thing id like to add about the Kaboomstick, theres one thing it can do the same as the Support's normal Boomstick and Doomstick, you can double jump. Good for getting out of sticky situations or of youre stuck in a corner. Bascially you aim your weapon down, jump and use the alt fire to shoot both barrels at the same time(for the doomstick i think you need at least 2 barrels to jump) also good if you have a fleshpound in your face, Jump, Shoot the fleshpound in a 45° angle downward and you'll jump backward away from the fleshpound. This has saved me a TON of times.
You can also jump and shoot both barrels whilst looking directly at the zed and escape bad situations. I like to use it for the matriarch / patriarch as I feel like the support can be a little slow for those bosses
@@wezaatzk this is actually what I meant when saying point downward 45 degrees, it was just an example of saying it. I'm not very good at expressing what I'm tryna say haha.
I would recommend starting off with larger maps like elysium and work your way down to lockdown or power core as those maps have very small corridors and can easily get you killed if you make a small mistake.
Either that or just go on a public match and get carried. Or maybe play one of those super flat and straight forward custom maps of you're really lazy like me. Kf-killzone and it's various counterparts are the most common ones.
@@GabeWatchesAnimeI actually did this a few years back 😂 I put join match and literally joined the game for the last 20 seconds of the final round and I got the trophy 💀
Yeah, KF2’s servers have been pretty dead for a while now. Me personally I would recommend solo for an easier HOE win as the more players you have, the stronger the zeds are and the more of them there is.
field medic and swat is usually my go to’s for the non-boss rounds if anyone wants any other ideas. SWAT: - has a very good starting weapon. - has a skill where your max armour is 150 instead of 100 and you start every round with 75+ armour added for free. - you move quite fast when holding perk weapons regardless of your weight - there is a skill for zed time where you shoot in real time with infinite ammo (even if your gun has no ammo left) but only with perk weapons - there are two very good weapons for swat. the bastion rifle and the nailgun. the bastion has a lot of ammo and has a shield that reduces damage taken and is good for any zeds besides fleshpounds. the nailgun is VERY good for any zeds, it has a shotgun fire mode where if you shoot the fleshpounds chest it will likely die before it reaches you. - flashbangs can save your run a lot of times FIELD MEDIC: - every time you level this perk, your max armour and health increases (i believe up to 150 each?). - healing can give you speed, damage and defence buffs - your ability to heal regenerates faster and also heals much more than other perks - the medic’s shotgun is very good. - there is a sniper-like rifle for the medic that is good for scrakes and fleshpounds but only if you are good at aiming for the head and chest accurately. - medic grenades are not too good for poisoning on HoE but is good for healing whilst still shooting your weapon

Thanks for the technical breakdown, I will keep this information in mind.

Really liked the vid, would be cool if you could do vids for specific maps preferably the harder ones!
Good idea. I’ll consider it!

I’ll try it. This is one of the last achievements I need to complete the game.

It's me again I'm just missing this trophy and then I have the patnum but server's are dead on this difficulty so I've been doing it alone

I didn’t realize you could switch classes in the middle of the match
yeah you have to do it through the menu and go to the perks tab by pressing ESC (on PC) not through the trader pod as that won't work.
