I have conflicting feelings about it because I fully believe therapy should be accessible but betterhelp as a company is not super ethical :/
in addition - I work at an insurance company and we do not cover therapy provided by better help, no matter the therapist. I think this is the same for other insurance companies too (especially in Canada)
I struggle so much with anxieties over leaving the house too (among other anxieties). I always feel irrational about them, so it’s nice to hear you open up about yours too.
Jenny, i think i can totally resonate with you, i broke up with my ex like 5 month ago and actually we already broke up once 1 and half year ago, and we had been together for 7 years, i am so so attached with him. And after the broke up i suffered a lot in the process, your video helped me a lot, the feeling still comes back but you know everything will be alright when the sun rises again. I am so happy for you because you have friends with you, i hope the process will be easier for you. And find an anchor, maybe the work you do, so you can focus less on that.
